Platform Engineer

• Design and develop Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards that support the AI team in capturing, tracking, and visualizing AI use cases and their associated ROI metrics across R&D.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, AI engineers, and business stakeholders to translate AI initiatives into structured workflows and automated reporting pipelines within the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Build and maintain intake and tracking systems for AI use case submissions, evaluation criteria, and approval workflows, enabling the team to efficiently manage an active pipeline of R&D opportunities.
• Develop interactive Power BI reports and executive dashboards that communicate the business impact of AI projects, including cost savings, efficiency gains, and strategic value metrics.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure services, and third-party APIs to extend functionality and ensure seamless data flow across enterprise systems.
• Support the documentation of AI use case findings, solution architectures, and ROI analyses by creating Power Platform tools that facilitate structured data capture and knowledge management.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts by identifying automation opportunities within R&D processes and proactively recommending enhancements to existing Power Platform solutions.
