• Support onboarding coordination and pre-onboarding processes to help new teammates transition smoothly into IDinsight
• Maintain and improve onboarding resources, presentations, learning materials, and internal systems
• Support onboarding feedback collection and reporting to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Assist with data tracking, reporting, and analysis related to performance reviews and people movement processes
• Support operational coordination related to promotions, employee transitions, and follow-up actions after review cycles
• Help develop internal resources, communications, and training materials for people-related programs and processes
• Contribute research, coordination, and project management support across evolving People Operations priorities
