Payroll Risk & Compliance Expert

• Effectively plan and manage own workload, managing, servicing and delivering clients payrolls to agreed deadlines
• Validating and inputting data received to agreed deadlines
• Checking inputted data and making all relevant corrections before the live run
• Handling routine, non-routine and complex customer queries regarding payroll and HR related issues
• Managing and supporting the customer in the processing of their payrolls to ensure payments/reports to employees are made accurately and on time
• Ensuring all tasks associated with each payroll in the team are performed within agreed deadlines
• Writing ad hoc reports / exports to agreed deadlines and costing appropriately
• Managing all aspects of Tax Year end processing for their customer base
• Communicating effectively to customers (internal & external) on an appropriate basis
• Provision and delivery of their performance statistics to the team leader on a monthly basis to meet team leader reporting requirements
• Actively looking for improvements that could drive process efficiencies and profitability
• Contribute effectively to Team Meetings, completing tasks and giving updates where necessary

Payroll Executive

• Calculate and verify payroll information for both salaried and hourly BBH (permanent, temporary and intern) employees in Krakow, Dublin, London, Luxembourg and Zurich
• Prepare standard withholdings and deductions from gross pay amounts
• Audit paychecks, benefits adjustments, special bonus awards and commissions and ensure they are accurately processed
• Complete Quarterly and Annual payroll tasks
• Balance payroll records and approve tax payments, as required
• Collaborate with appointed third-party vendor to ensure accurate payroll for all BBH employees
• Perform payroll reconciliation, including pension payments
• Resolve monthly payroll errors
• Complete regulatory reports as needed
• Conduct analyses and prepare reports as required
• Perform month end reporting procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external procedures and regulations
• Support year-end reconciliation processes
• Identify and drive continuous improvements in payroll
• Help educate employee base on their payroll, provide employee support as needed
• Support key payroll initiatives

Payroll Professional

• Coordinate, review and execute full-cycle payroll processing for 11 international payrolls including Ireland, UK, France, Germany, India and others.
• Coordinate inputs from HR, Benefits, and Finance to ensure accurate payroll processing
• Develop and maintain payroll calendars, checklists, and processing schedules across all jurisdictions
• Ensure payroll compliance with local statutory requirements across all jurisdictions, including tax filings, social security, and pension contributions
• Support expansion of payroll operations to new countries across EMEA and APAC
• Support Corporate Accounting with month-end payroll related accounting tasks
• Manage relationships with third-party payroll providers
• Respond to employee enquiries regarding international payroll matters in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve international payroll tax notices from various tax authorities
• Assist in preparing international payroll reports and analytics for management review
• Support international equity compensation processes and reporting
• Document and maintain standard operating procedures and compliance documentation
• Support payroll systems integration projects and process automation initiatives

International Payroll Manager

• conducting payroll audits and reviews prior to Associate Director Approval
• working with accounting to ensure all payroll data required for month end is provided in a timely and accurate manner
• preparing and/or reviewing and inputting all administrative payroll data changes for processing of bi-weekly and monthly payroll
• working with other departments such as Comp & Bens and HRPB’s to ensure payroll data is correct and processed accordingly
• reconciling each payroll, reviewing all entries and forwarding for approval
• ensuring all tax information, reconciliations and payments are managed
• managing the internal inbox and responding to employees’ queries
• assisting with audit queries related to payroll
• performing other duties or projects as assigned by management
