• Lead Global Payroll Operations: Own and scale the end-to-end processing of multi-entity global payrolls, ensuring absolute accuracy, compliance with localized tax laws, and timely execution.
• System Administration & Optimization: Act as the primary business owner for our core payroll systems, specifically focusing on the configuration, data integrity, reporting, and automated workflows within Workday Payroll.
• Lead Migration and Transformation Initiatives: Lead and participate in complex financial/HR system migrations or implementation projects, partnering with external consultants and internal Business Systems teams to scale infrastructure, including process redesign, testing, cutover, and stabilization.
• Internal Controls: Design, implement, and maintain robust internal control frameworks over global payroll processing to ensure compliance with internal control requirements and audit readiness.
• Equity & Mobility Partnership: Partner closely with Stock Plan Administration, Legal, and Corporate Tax to accurately process stock-based compensation distributions (RSUs/Options), net settlements, and withholding taxes across global jurisdictions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a trusted thought partner to People/HR, FP&A, Accounting, and legal teams to align payroll execution with broader corporate strategies and company goals.

Senior Manager, Global Payroll

• To process payroll actions based on changes in leave status.
• To ensure the accurate and timely entry of data.
• Support delivery of the highest quality of customer service as a point of contact for internal and external customers and clients.
• Ensures data integrity by accurately interpreting the leave and disability claims data coding hierarchy and applying the correct leave and disability codes into the payroll and time and attendance system.
• Review reports for claim accuracy; processes and balances colleague time card file based on client's paid time off policy.
• Responds to inquiries from Human Resources and internal business partners regarding plan provisions and administrative procedures
• Assists department in evaluating results of absence programs and best practices in absence administration.
• Assists management with special projects as assigned.

Workforce Absence Payroll Coordinator

• Collecting timesheet data
• Entering data into administrative databases and software programs
• Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions
• Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns
• Performing account balance and payroll reconciliations
• Preparing financial reports for accounting and auditing purposes
• Preparing periodic payroll reports for review by management

Payroll Specialist

• Prepare and run the payroll process and reports for all payroll cycles
• Review the time and attendance system, determine and correct out-of-balance situations, calculate military and jury duty pay, and process garnishments & levies
• Post changes in the pay and tax status and miscellaneous changes
• Enter and set up miscellaneous deductions and reimbursements, including auctions, logo store, etc.
• Assists other payroll department team members during vacations and work overloads as needed
• Test and implement enhancements to HR/Payroll HCM system
• Responsible for special projects and research as assigned
• Willingness and desire to learn federal and state payroll laws
• Be motivated to learn, document, cross-train and improve processes

Absence Management Payroll Coordinator

• Oversee multi-state, semi-monthly payroll processing for all employees.
• Manage day-to-day operations including onboarding, merit increases, department changes, terminations, and leaves of absence.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of bonuses, commissions, garnishments, and additional payments.
• Validate and reconcile payroll runs and reports for final approval and submission.
• Ensure all payroll practices comply with local, state, and federal laws.
• Manage year-end tax reporting (e.g., W-2s) and stay current on labor regulations and statutory requirements.
• Maintain and update payroll software; troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Collaborate with HR and IT to manage system upgrades and cross-functional integrations.
• Prepare cost reports, variance analyses, and monthly journal entries for benefits and payroll.
• Create monthly reconciliations of benefit invoices, payroll accounts, and taxes.
• Assist with internal/external audits and maintain records in accordance with retention policies.
• Accurately maintain employee equity data within Carta.
• Process equity grants and exercises; prepare grant information for Board approval.
• Address employee payroll questions professionally and promptly.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement best practices to improve accuracy.
