• Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on Trade Operations activities
• Resolving issues, optimizing Customs Clearance performance, reducing cost, and improving efficiency
• Dealing with customs authorities in Turkey and other Middle Eastern countries
• Maintaining files, data, and other supporting information for imports and exports

Trade Operations Analyst

• Provide administrative support to the Executive, Finance, and HR teams to help achieve company goals
• Assist with onboarding processes and HR administrative tasks to ensure smooth employee integration
• Monitor daily team attendance and oversee the submission of daily reports
• Coordinate company trips and events within the allocated budget
• Manage access controls for all tools and coordinate with the teams to resolve issues in a timely manner

• Execute daily cash operations and banking transactions accurately and on time
• Manage operational processes related to EFT, wire transfer, FAST, SWIFT and other payment transactions
• Monitor daily bank account activities and perform related operational controls
• Support the preparation of bank instructions and execution of banking operations
• Closely monitor cash inflows and outflows through banking platforms
• Follow up daily settlement and payment flows operationally
• Maintain daily operational communication with banks and financial institutions
• Support reporting and control processes related to cash operations
• Support month-end closing activities together with related teams
• Maintain documentation and archiving processes related to bank guarantees and treasury operations

Cash Operations Specialist

• Leading the transformation of APL Logistics Turkey as a key part of our EMEA strategy
• Optimising and leading the growth of our Turkey country operations with a focus on our consolidation activities
• Establishing our Regional Export Control Tower operations and developing best in class customer solutions to support our regional export strategy
• Responsibility of P&L for the financial performance of the country and to drive margin improvement across all products
• Owning key operational metrics: Delivery Time, Service Level Agreements, Continuous Proactivity, and response to the customers
• Managing the continuous customer communication, increasing Customer Service Performance
