• Own the Global Payment Gateway as Product Manager with responsibility for vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Translate business, operational, and compliance needs into clear and actionable priorities for technology teams.
• Drive global integration with POS, fuel systems, digital channels, and external payment partners.
• Coordinate delivery across Europe and with North America.
• Ensure performance, resilience, and global regulatory compliance of the gateway platform.
• Enable onboarding of new payment methods, channels, and markets.

Senior Manager, Payment Operations – Global Payment Gateway

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across warehousing operations using Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem‑solving methodologies
• Map, analyze, and redesign end‑to‑end warehouse processes , identifying waste, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Facilitate cross‑functional workshops with Operations, IT, Customer Service, and Commercial teams to align processes, systems, and performance goals
• Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurring operational issues
• Collaborate with Deliver and Training Team to develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best‑practice documentation
• Partner with operational leaders to build a culture of employee engagement
• Act as a trusted advisor to site managers and senior leadership on operational excellence and process optimization
• Assist and be an ambassador for the site managers in implementing DSV X site program
• Collaborate with Site Engineers and Application Engineers to affect System and Process Improvement
