Operations

• Manage daily order processing and coordinate shipping logistics with partners
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and vendors (via email, phone, and text)
• Handle customer financing applications and payments in coordination with lending partners
• Maintain accurate records: orders, invoices, inventory, and payment tracking
• Liaise with the bookkeeping team as needed
• Coordinate local delivery and installation services
• Conduct monthly reviews of website functionality and operational performance
• Monitor state sales tax nexus thresholds and assist with registrations/deregistrations
• Conduct competitive research and pricing analysis
• Support and improve customer retention initiatives and post-sale engagement
• Lead operational improvement projects (e.g., email automation, workflow streamlining)
• Assist in ad hoc operational tasks as they arise
