Math Instructor

• Plan, prepare, and implement instructional activities that create meaningful learning experiences
• Identify, select, create, and modify instructional resources for students with varying backgrounds, learning styles, and special needs
• Assess changing curricular needs and offer improvement plans
• Maintain effective and efficient record-keeping procedures
• Create a positive environment encouraging active student engagement
• Communicate with students, parents, and internal and external professionals within established timelines
• Collaborate with peers through team teaching, meetings, staff development, communities of practice, and committees
• Model professional and ethical standards
• Ensure continuous and appropriate student growth and achievement
• Establish cooperative working relationships with students, parents, schools, and colleagues
• Meet course and school-wide student performance goals and demonstrate gains in student performance
• Participate in research and presentations about online teaching, including authoring articles, hosting workshops, professional growth activities, and student outreach events
• Participate in blended learning models involving online and classroom instruction across schools and districts
• Report to an assigned school when required
• Provide instructional tutoring when responsible
• Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits, deadlines, schedules, and resource coordination
• Perform other job-related duties as required
