Infrastructure Engineer

• Partner with technical program leadership to assess and modernize enterprise data infrastructure
• Lead technical discovery, dependency mapping, architecture reviews, and operational readiness planning
• Define technical recommendations and practical roadmaps for reliability, security, and scalability
• Support migration and modernization efforts involving on-premise infrastructure, AWS, Snowflake, and data platforms
• Establish standards and best practices for monitoring, alerting, logging, backup/recovery, and production support
• Provide technical judgment, mentorship, and hands-on leadership

Staff Data Infrastructure Engineer

• Own the rollout and operational management of AI-assisted development tools across engineering (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code)
• Define and implement access controls, license management, and usage policies that satisfy SOC2/ISO 27001 requirements
• Build cost tracking and reporting so leadership has visibility into AI tool spend and usage patterns across the org
• Reduce friction for engineers adopting these tools while maintaining security and auditability
• Partner with teams across the org to identify, build, and support internal AI applications such as RAG pipelines, agents, and automation workflows
• Evaluate and recommend tooling, frameworks, and patterns based on what teams actually need
• Define where IaaS’s responsibility ends and consuming teams’ begins – this boundary doesn’t exist yet; you’ll help draw it
• Advise on data governance policies for LLM usage, including what data can go into which models, where outputs are stored, and how audit trails are maintained
• Ensure AI infrastructure and tooling meets existing SOC2 and ISO 27001 controls and can be evidenced in audits
• Provide leadership with clear, regular reporting on AI adoption, cost, risk, and usage across the org
• Stand up and manage AI/ML infrastructure, primarily on GCP (Vertex AI) within OpenVPN’s existing environment
• Design the Terraform modules and IaC patterns for AI infrastructure that follow the team’s existing conventions (e.g., Atlantis-driven GitOps workflows)
• Build visibility into AI/ML infrastructure costs and implement controls (spot instances, auto-scaling policies, idle resource cleanup) consistent with how compute costs are managed elsewhere
• Evaluate build-vs-buy decisions for AI/ML infrastructure components and managed services with an eye toward operational fit within existing patterns

Infrastructure Engineer – AI Platform

Infrastructure Engineer – Mid/Sr

• Design and implement Microsoft Purview solutions, including data classification, sensitivity labeling, and information protection policies
• Configure and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Insider Risk, and Data Lifecycle Management policies across Microsoft 365
• Support data discovery and classification across SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange

Senior Infrastructure Engineer

• Make recommendations and proactively monitor the environment’s architecture and network technologies for capacity, throughput, performance, reliability/stability, and general operation of the technology.
• Implement integrated network architecture for new computer systems and physical infrastructure by installing, configuring, and maintaining firewalls, routers, switches, LAN/WAN/Wireless internet and networks, Internet Service Providers, DNS, security certificates, antivirus/antimalware, VPN access and connectivity, advanced threat protection and remediating security vulnerabilities to provide a secure and reliable network infrastructure.
• Architect, implement, and manage VoIP and telecommunications systems including video conferencing, PBX, instant messaging, call center, and other related services.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide escalated support in areas of network, security and communications.
• Document the efforts of IT infrastructure disaster recovery scenarios, as it relates to system recovery, internet outages, and complete network disaster recovery scenarios, meeting requirements of Corporate One and regulatory agencies, especially in the context of designing these solutions.

Infrastructure Engineer – Senior

• Assist with the installation, configuration, and support of customer-site infrastructure, including networks, POS hardware, and related systems.
• Support monitoring of system availability, performance, and connectivity at café, events, and micro market locations.
• Respond to escalated issues from the IT Support team and follow documented troubleshooting procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patching, upgrades, and equipment replacements under supervision.
• Assist with basic network troubleshooting involving LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and connectivity issues.
• Support inventory tracking, asset updates, and documentation for customer-site technology.
• Maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures as directed.
• Work closely with Infrastructure Administrators and the IT Infrastructure Manager to learn best practices and standards.

IT Infrastructure Specialist – Customer Tech

• Create & integrate models, software and hardware into our simulation infrastructure
• Manage hardware-in-the-loop simulators (dSPACE, etc.) to support customers’ automated driving control code development and validation objectives
• Partner with the ADAS community to identify new opportunities to utilize simulation, decreasing reliance on physical test properties
• Advance the development of the core co-simulation infrastructure. Scout new technology & methods for opportunities to improve system capability, efficiency and robustness
