Implementation Specialist

• Deliver high-quality business and technical consulting services as part of client implementation projects.
• Analyse client business processes and requirements to design and implement efficient workflows using SS&C Advent solutions.
• Configure systems, perform data migration, testing, documentation and user training to ensure successful project delivery.
• Act as the primary Implementation Consultant for assigned project deliverables or lead end-to-end implementations for smaller engagements.
• Advise clients on system enhancements, technology integrations and best practices to improve operational efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple regions and travel when required to support client implementations.
