• Define and evolve the enterprise AI architecture strategy and standards
• Be the enterprise architecture representative in AI governance committees and directly contribute to governance frameworks and enterprise standards.

• Partner with risk, legal, and compliance teams to mitigate AI-specific risks (e.g., bias, model drift, data leakage)
• Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and oversight mechanisms for AI solutions

AVP, AI Enterprise Architecture

• Architects are responsible for leading the creation and implementation of an Enterprise Architecture and associated artifacts
• Ensure the technical direction of applications and solutions strongly aligned with the business strategy
• Liaise with other Architects and technical leaders to ensure technical standards are applicable across multiple applications or business capability areas
• Ensure a cost-effective IT portfolio through enterprise reuse
• Manage multiple executive stakeholders within IT and within any assigned operating company
• Lead the activities of architects or technical leaders through direct or indirect reporting relationships
• Manage Architecture standards definition, compliance and governance
• Collaborate with multiple business and Technical stakeholders to create, maintain and iteratively implement a sustainable and future-proof set of Technology Roadmaps
• Resolve architectural uncertainties through prioritisation, planning, and execution of architectural sprints
• Responsible for design time and runtime quality of architectural designs and implemented solutions
• Coordinates the identification and assessment of new and emerging hardware, software and communication technologies

AVP, Enterprise Architecture

• Conducting technical reviews of claim files and compliance check points to evaluate claim handling, documentation, coverage application, and adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyzing state-specific claims handling requirements and documenting their impact on Claims processes and operations.
• Identifying quality, technical, and compliance trends and translating findings into actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders.
• Executing monitoring and testing of claims compliance controls and recommending improvements where gaps are identified.
• Participating in calibration discussions to ensure consistent interpretation and application of claim handling standards and expectations.
• Contributing to the development and refinement of audit tools, reporting processes, and review standards.
• Collaborating with Training, Claims Leadership, and Automation teams to address identified trends and improve claims handling practices.
• Drafting and updating Standard Operating Procedures and processes based on audit findings, regulatory changes, and business needs.

• Supporting the execution of claims compliance projects by coordinating tasks, monitoring progress and risks, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and regulatory requirements.
• Managing complex ad hoc audits and reviews from planning through execution, including the evaluation of results, presentation of recommendations, and implementation of changes to enhance Claims department practices.

Claims Compliance Audit Specialist

• Works autonomously and is accountable for acting as a lead within a specialized audit practice area
• Provides seasoned specialized knowledge, advice and/or guidance to various stakeholders and team members
• May lead and/or provide supervisory oversight to complex audits and ensure completion
• Undertakes and completes a variety of complex audit projects and initiatives requiring specialist knowledge and/or the integration of cross functional processes within own area of expertise
• Oversees and/or independently performs concurrent multiple audits and related tasks from end to end

Audit Manager II

• Determine participant eligibility and calculate final and estimated pension benefits for PRT plans, including retirement, termination, death, disability, and Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO) benefits.
• Interpret and apply pension plan provisions accurately across multiple plans to ensure compliant and precise benefit determinations.
• Participate in special projects and assign initiatives as needed.
• Process tasks using AWD workflow systems and complete Salesforce data entry.
• Support deferred annuity activities and review/respond to New York–specific communications.
• Conduct death case management reviews and verification activities.

Defined Benefit Admin Coordinator

• Manage, direct and monitor multiple client engagements
• Schedule and coordinate workflow and staffing for financial audit projects and engagements
• Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and lead change efforts effectively
• Consult, work with, and service client base to make recommendations on business improvement and process improvement and serve as a business advisor to client
• Work with principals and senior managers on proposals and business development activities
• Assist with and/or participate in board presentations
• Understand and manage firm risk on audits and proposals
• Manage, develop, train, and mentor staff on projects and assess performance for engagement and performance meetings
