• Own SMB growth initiatives focused on acquisition, conversion, and pipeline growth
• Scale SMB trial starts and improve trial-to-paid conversion performance
• Build and optimize lifecycle marketing programs across onboarding, nurture, re-engagement, and conversion
• Create and scale high-performing campaigns across email, paid media, landing pages, lifecycle channels, and emerging content formats
• Lead experimentation and A/B testing across messaging, creative, digital channels, and conversion flows
• Build reporting frameworks and dashboards that create visibility into funnel performance, campaign effectiveness, and growth opportunities
• Use data and insights to drive optimization, prioritization, and investment decisions
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve execution speed, streamline workflows, reduce manual work, and scale growth programs more efficiently

Head of SMB Growth Marketing

• Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, content syndication, SEO and social platforms.
• Drive growth in MQLs, SQLs, pipeline creation, customer acquisition, and conversion rates.
• Optimize full-funnel marketing performance from awareness through opportunity creation.
• Partner closely with Sales leadership to improve lead quality, routing, follow-up SLAs, and conversion efficiency.
• Own campaign planning, execution, testing, reporting, and optimization.
• Manage campaign calendars, budgets, targeting strategies, and performance benchmarks.
• Implement A/B testing strategies across landing pages, messaging, ads, and nurture flows.
• Monitor acquisition cost, cost-per-lead, return on ad spend and pipeline velocity.
• Analyze funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and marketing efficiency.
• Ensure accurate campaign attribution and lead tracking.
• Present KPI insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Work closely with product marketing, content, revops, sales and customer success stakeholders.
• Ensure that campaign strategy is aligned with product launches, market segments, and sales priorities.
• Support account-based marketing (ABM) and customer expansion initiatives where applicable.
• Establish operational rigor and performance expectations for the growth marketing team.
• Drive accountability across the team to ensure delivery against pipeline, campaign, and revenue objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of growth marketers, including conducting performance reviews, goal setting, and providing ongoing feedback and career development support.

Growth Marketing Manager

• Lead the strategic partnership with TikTok’s shop management and category teams to ensure Spreetail is an early adopter of new features (e.g., Shop Tab integrations, Live Shopping initiatives).
• Drive the strategy for the TikTok Affiliate Center, building frameworks to recruit, vet, and manage creator relationships that drive high-volume "earned" media sales.
• Own the execution of TikTok-specific programs including "Deal-of-the-Day," shop-funded coupons, and TikTok Shop Ads (PSA) to maximize ROAS.
• Partner with creative teams to ensure product detail pages (PDPs) use TikTok-native video and imagery that converts "scrollers" into "buyers."
• Define and track success through TikTok-specific KPIs: GMV via Affiliate vs. Organic, Creator Collaboration Rate, and Shop Health Ratings.
• Collaborate with Channel Operations to meet TikTok’s rigorous fulfillment SLAs, ensuring "Ready to Ship" times and seller ratings remain in the top tier to avoid account suppression
