• Own the design development and delivery of in-vehicle digital experiences across assigned product areas.
• Create exceptional visual design concepts, mood boards, UI assets, prototypes, and production-ready graphics for complex digital interfaces.
• Translate user needs, brand direction, business goals, and technical constraints into elegant, intuitive, and visually refined design solutions.
• Lead design reviews, set visual quality standards, communicate design rationale clearly, and present recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and partners.
• Drive alignment across design, engineering, and related teams to deliver cohesive, visually consistent, and premium-quality experiences across multiple surfaces and screen sizes.

Senior Designer, Branded UI Visual Design

• Design slides, email headers, digital assets, infographics, toolkits, guides
• Create visual systems/templates for repeatable campaigns
• Translate data and program details into simple visual narratives
• Maintain consistency with brand and accessibility standards
• Partner closely with the writer and PM on rapid-turn deliverables

Graphic Designer

• Provide original, creative design concepts that advance the mission of the CRCNA agencies by maintaining brand consistency, budgets, and schedule expectations to ensure effective visual communication across ministry materials.
• Assume responsibility for original and creative designs for web and print.
• Provide original, creative design concepts to meet customer needs, and work with customers through revision processes to fine-tune designs and provide final deliverables.
• Work directly with customers and print production staff to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and specifications.
• Design and manage the scheduling of digital newsletters for various CRCNA audiences.
• Create and format new CRCNA web pages and update existing pages according to customer requests.
• Assume responsibility for the organization and follow-up of assigned jobs to meet the schedule and projected costs.
• Observe accurate and consistent housekeeping procedures, including ticket creation, naming, archiving, and organizing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Ministry Support Services Director.

• Provides graphic design services for all museum needs internal and external including but not limited to Exhibitions, Marketing and Communications, Development, Programming, Visitor Experience, Events, Education Programs, Interpretation, Studio, Talent and Culture, and other museum projects as assigned.
• Collaborate with internal museum stakeholders to manage and design world-class museum experiences from concept to execution across exhibitions, installation, print, digital, and environmental graphics.
• Research and develop exhibition and initiative identities and execute them across a variety of platforms (in-gallery graphics, signage, invitations, etc.).
• Create design assets that align and elevate exhibition and initiative identities and DIA standards.
• Execute designed identities across a variety of assets, ensuring a shared design language between designs for in-gallery graphics, invitation suites, signage, and other collateral.
• Design and execute bespoke programs for non-exhibition events and programs.
• Execute one-off institutional projects in adherence with the brand identity and design systems.

• Bring creative talents to help our growing marketing team create visually appealing dynamic content.
• Work closely with the marketing team to turn written copy and campaign concepts into customer-facing materials.
• Have ownership of larger projects such as tradeshow booths.
• Design and create assets such as social media graphics, sales enablement collateral, webpages and event materials.
• Design vector illustrations or animate videos as needed.

Senior Multimedia Designer

• Design social media graphics, sales enablement tools, slide decks, webpages, and trade show assets.
• Work closely with the content marketing team to turn written copy into customer-facing materials.

• Lead creative ideation sessions and guide the development of marketing communication materials across multiple channels.
• Strategize and develop graphics and visuals for company events, trade shows, product launches, promotions, posters, advertising, social media, email communications, Highspot and other materials (includes concepts, layouts and final artwork).
• Manage outsourced creative projects, providing clear direction and ensuring deliverables are on time, on scope, and on budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate messaging strategies into compelling visual executions.
• Oversee the creative review process, securing stakeholder alignment and approvals for all design drafts.
• Maintain organized file systems, ensuring proper naming conventions and readiness for deployment.
• Experiment with innovative design concepts to maximize impact and engagement.
• Champion Stryker’s brand identity by training teams and enforcing adherence to visual guidelines.

Associate Graphic Design Manager

• Support the Director of Marketing through the development and execution of consistent branding for Protect Life Michigan posts, emails, brochures, handouts, website, and event branding in language and appearance.
• Ensure brand identity and message consistency across channels.
• Assist the Social Media Manager in designing social media posts, captions, and/or video creation/editing.
• Research relevant media trends and apply them to Protect Life Michigan's marketing content and strategy.
• Collaborate with the Director of Community Engagement and Executive Director to design the Annual Report each spring.
• Assist the Director of Marketing with regular event marketing design projects for events such as the Life Advocate Intensive, March for Life, Summer Internship Program, and Student Celebration.

• Create designs using project requirements and concepts.
• Design within established brand guidelines.
• Produce final designs for print, digital, and interactive projects.
• Take on special design tasks (e.g. color correction, photo editing, file prep).
• Understand timeline builds and meeting deadlines.
• Work on a variety of branding projects such as presentations, brochures/leave-behinds, event/experience buildouts, social media, email/newsletter, and website.
• Attendance, punctuality, and reliability are essential functions of this role.

Junior Graphic Designer

• Design and develop visual elements, such as brochures, flyers, and social media graphics
• Create digital assets, including email templates, web banners, microsites and website graphics
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and materials
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Work with digital tools, such as digital asset management platforms

• Assist in the production of trade show materials, including signage, banners, and giveaways
