• Graphic concepts and artwork for seasonal apparel drops
• Print placement and sizing across different garment styles and fits
• Artwork preparation for production (print-ready files, colourways, design work as / where needed)
• Occasional repeat or surface pattern work
• Keeping a consistent visual thread and design language across a collection

Apparel Graphic Designer – Part-Time, Contract

• Assist in the execution of visual design across all brands.
• Ensure all artwork adheres to brand guidelines, legal requirements and retailer specifications.
• Produce drinks menus for On-Premise accounts.
• Maintain the brand information on the Company websites.
• Create the Company business cards, PowerPoint presentations and other internal comms.
• Produce designs for digital and print including POS materials; FSDUs, barker cards, shelf strips, menu inserts, table tents, WOW displays.
• Support the creation of social media content including static graphics, motion assets and short-form video editing.
• Support the Marketing and Brand Managers on ATL & BTL marketing campaigns.
• Localise global creative assets from Head Office, including responsibility messaging and market-specific adaptations.
• Develop a good knowledge of creative requirements and specs for print and online formats for each brand.
• Assist in the creation and design of trade marketing assets for use in the on and off trade.
• Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts including ‘mock-up’ visuals for new concepts.
• Any other duties and responsibilities appropriate for the role

Graphic Designer

• Design engaging and visually appealing digital assets for our direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce website, including homepage banners, category graphics, product images, promotional banners.
• Work with the e-commerce team to create landing pages that ensure consistency across campaigns and the brand.
• Create graphics and videos for our digital paid media channels, including banners, static ads, carousels, short-form videos and GIFs.
• Optimize videos to ensure adherence to platform specifications and best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest video editing techniques and social media trends to keep content fresh and innovative.
• Develop motion assets for our organic social channels that communicate the brand's message and drive engagement.
• Collaborate with the social media team to understand content objectives and deliver creative solutions.
• Design responsive and visually appealing graphics for CRM campaigns and automated sequences that drive engagement and conversion.
