Senior Digital Designer

• Own the website end-to-end and design visitor journeys for at least 2 target personas with measurable lead generation impact in the first 6 months.
• Maintain and extend the website design system.
• Scale output through automated design workflows using tools like n8n and Claude.
• Create assets across every marketing channel including social media and email.
• Collaborate with the design team, coordinating on brand evolution and shared asset libraries.
