Graphics Designer

• Own complex design projects end-to-end – from creative brief through to final, production-ready delivery across email, print, web, social

Lead Visual Designer

• Produce high-quality marketing assets across all 5 Cansel Group business units - email campaigns, lead gen forms, trade show materials, e-commerce visuals, brochures, publications, internal materials, and vehicle fleet
• Apply brand guidelines with precision and consistency, particularly across multi-brand outputs where accuracy matters more than ever
• Manage production file organization and handoff standards - clean, organized asset libraries the broader team can utilize
• Contribute to priority improvement areas: e-commerce product detail pages (PDPs), social media visual quality, and branch design consistency
• Lead and mentor the Visual Designer – clear direction, constructive feedback, and day-to-day guidance without formal management authority
• Review and quality-check the Visual Designer’s output before it escalates to the Creative Supervisor - you’re the first line of creative quality assurance
• Support the Visual Designer’s skills development through regular collaboration and knowledge-sharing
• Help triage and distribute incoming work requests in coordination with the Creative Supervisor
• Make independent creative decisions within established brand direction – no handholding required at every step
• Collaborate primarily within the internal creative team, escalating to the Creative Supervisor for final approval
• Participate in creative reviews and team check-ins, raising production or capacity concerns

Intermediate Graphic Designer

• Design high-impact, responsive digital advertisements for landing pages, email campaigns, web banners, and digital brochures for our advertising customers
• Design print, magazine and promotional materials based on client needs
• Ensure all digital/print assets adhere to established corporate guidelines and maintain visual consistency
• Work with sales representatives to determine and meet their clients’ creative needs
• Proof ads to clients and make necessary corrections in a timely fashion
• Monitor ad queue and traffic ads and corrections to our production center
• Work with the creative services team to develop web presence and maintain web properties
• Available to work evenings when required
• Perform other duties as assigned including PowerPoint presentations, sales sheets, etc.

Graphic Designer

• Own design execution for high-impact digital projects (websites, landing pages, campaigns, etc.), from concept to launch
• Demonstrate thoughtful use of AI tools to enhance creativity, speed and quality of design work
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes for stakeholder alignment
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems for Samsara’s digital touchpoints
• Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure design feasibility and intent
• Use data and experimentation (A/B testing, analytics) to drive continuous improvement of the user experience
• Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices

Digital Designer III

• Design social media content (static + short-form video assets)
• Create program specific campaign creatives (appeals, countdowns, impact storytelling)
• Adapt designs for paid ads, email, and web
• Ensure brand consistency across all visuals
• Organize and maintain design templates and assets

• Support with ongoing projects aimed at increased efficiency
• Liaise with team members for review and feedback, adjust as needed
• Assist in creating visual assets for digital and print media, including layouts, graphics, and presentations
• Support in developing concepts and executing design projects
• Format documents, reports, and presentations to ensure clarity, visual appeal, and adherence to brand and accessibility guidelines
• Work with Marcomm manager and other team members to meet project requirements
• Maintain RHF brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all deliverables
• Prioritize and implement accessible design best practices
• Support multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines
• Support administrative tasks such as video editing and saving digital materials
• Perform other related duties in keeping with the purpose and accountabilities of the position.

Junior Graphic Designer

• Play a key role in developing and executing marketing initiatives to strengthen IFC brands across the Canadian, USA, and UK markets.
• Guide the application of the brand into visually captivating designs across all touchpoints.
• Oversee brand guidelines and the overall aesthetics for all touchpoints.
• Present, educate, and advocate for brand guidelines among employees and power users of brand assets.
• Explore and refine visual compositions, typography, color palettes, formats, and messaging to maximize creative impact and achieve objectives.
• Collaborate with the creative director to deliver high-impact concepts aligned with brands’ positioning.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies pertinent to financial services and digital media to ensure designs are innovative and relevant.
• Aid in the creation of design systems and templates for scalable content production.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
