• Review patient consultations, assess medical histories and clinical images, and diagnose, prescribe, and manage treatment plans for patients in Germany
• Be trained to a high level of clinical competency, enabling you to diagnose and manage common skin conditions including acne, melasma, hyperpigmentation and skin-ageing concerns
• Once trained you will work independently within agreed clinical pathways, making your own prescribing decisions and escalating complex cases when appropriate
• Act as a point of escalation for complex or atypical dermatology cases ensuring we provide the best care, working closely with our Customer Support Team

• You will be going over reported content, in the German and English language, which will include; comments, chats, strong graphic images, videos and audio files.
• Using moderation guidelines, it will be your decision if the user-generated content has broken the community policies or not.
• You may also need to escalate harmful content to ensure continued protection of the users and brand.
• Moderate in accordance with Social Element and client-specific guidelines.
• Keep up to date with notifications of any new changes in the guidelines or our systems.
• Carry out moderation and training according to the times scheduled in the project schedule.
• Be resilient when reviewing content that may be unexpected, highly sensitive, intense or challenging.
• Escalate user-generated content that falls within the official escalation processes (eg child safety, bomb threats).
• Inform Supervisors and/ or project management team of any technical or other issues with tools or content and providing feedback on any client issues.
