Financial Planning and Analysis

• Forecasting & Planning collection, consolidation, and validation of financial inputs from C&EE countries during monthly forecast cycles.
• Coordinate the submission of key planning templates including: Monthly Forecast ELP (Estimated Landing Position) Operational Excellence, etc.
• Analyze variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets, and provide commentary on key business drivers.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and long-range planning.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for regional FP&A / Commercial leadership.
• Collaborate with country finance teams and business leaders to understand local market dynamics and ensure alignment with regional objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy, reporting efficiency, and data quality.
• Support the implementation and optimization of FP&A tools and systems (e.g., Power BI, Snowflake).
• Ensure adherence to corporate financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Senior FP&A Analyst

• Lead assigned AR workstreams within SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and global rollouts
• Act as the primary process authority for defined AR sub-processes within established governance frameworks
• Define, maintain, and enforce global AR standards, templates, controls, and governance models
• Lead end-to-end AR process design (invoicing, incoming payments, clearing, credit coordination, open item management)
• Drive seamless integration between SAP SD and FI-AR to support end-to-end O2C processes
• Provide functional leadership in SAP S/4HANA AR configuration aligned with best practices
• Partner with Finance Operations, Sales, and Billing teams to secure consistent process execution
• Facilitate design workshops, process walkthroughs, and working sessions with business and IT stakeholders
• Lead unit testing, integration testing, and UAT activities for AR-related changes
• Support cutover and stabilization from a process perspective
• Identify process gaps, control risks, and improvement opportunities; propose compliant, scalable solutions
• Maintain AR process documentation and guide business teams in SOP and work instruction development
• Contribute to Finance and O2C roadmap initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed

Finance Process Lead – AR

• Drive the analytical and technical aspects of Rolling forecast and AC target setting processes
• Interact with and facilitate clear and impactful financial communications
• Coordinate all target-related analysis and communications
• Provide comprehensive analytical support and insights
• Independently manage and oversee Operating Company (OpCo) P&L
• Provide critical ad-hoc financial simulations and analyses
• Support preparation of OLT and BOD material

Manager, Central FP&A

• Manage the overall financial integrity and performance of Opco Overheads plan
• Support Manager prepare business proposals, verify assumptions, check for daily execution and support delivery of the business unit or region objectives
• Manage aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including strategic plan and annual contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support
• Own data integrity for managed scope
• Ensure that policies are understood in the organization and that proper controls and compliance are in place
• Provide critical financial data and insights to enable directors and wider business perspectives for strategy and decisions
• Drive for harmonization, efficiencies and improvements to ways of working

Senior Analyst, Finance Planning & Performance Management

• Manage and execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Strategic Plan and Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modelling, and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Business Services or Corporate Finance team.
• Own data collection and verify data integrity
• Ensure a strong controls and compliance environment in your area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies
• Help the senior manager and the business prepare critical financial data and insight that enable perspectives for business strategies and decisions as well as execute adhoc analysis on request
• Lead projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement
• Contribute to a high-performing Finance team.
• Work closely with the Marketing Excellence and PCM team on our Innovation agenda for all categories
• Overlook the sustainability financials and work closely together with our Senior Director Sustainability MEU and Procurement Finance Director
