Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead business planning, financial reporting processes, and financial forecasts
• Manage execution of regional/cluster strategies and develop strategic long-term financial and business plans
• Manage financial performance, monitor business performance against objectives, and take corrective measures as required
• Engage proactively in external and commercial activities to drive business growth, productivity, and efficiency
• Provide financial analysis, technical/analytical support, critical financial information, and high-level management reports
• Lead implementation of risk management processes, financial compliance, and controls
• Manage timely implementation and compliance of financial, purchasing, and control processes and policies
• Manage and integrate services delivered to the organization, define processes, agree and track SLAs
• Provide expert financial advice and support to multiple countries
• Drive financial performance, governance, risk management, and sustainable value creation across Central Asia and the Caucasus markets
