AML Compliance Model Developer – Associate

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new client onboarding, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all onboarding deliverables within the demanding timelines of the syndicated loan market
• Provide end-to-end oversight of the onboarding process across multiple clients, in line with internal policies and regulatory standards
• Review and interpret client legal, financial, and entity documentation to support onboarding approvals
• Lead client-facing onboarding discussions, providing clear status updates and proactively managing risks or escalations before they impact deal timelines
• Identify process gaps or inefficiencies within onboarding workflows and collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvements, recognising that in this market, workflow friction has a direct cost
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams (Operations, Legal, Compliance, Technology) to ensure seamless onboarding execution
• Provide day-to-day oversight, guidance, and quality assurance for a Junior Analyst supporting onboarding activities
• Rapidly develop expertise in internal systems, tools, and client-specific onboarding requirements

Senior KYC/Onboarding Lead – Syndicated Loans

• Analyze alerts, investigate potential money laundering, terrorist financing, and sanctions risks.
• Ensure compliance with applicable U.S. and international regulatory requirements, including OFAC, BSA/AML, and related global sanctions regimes.
• Provide independent Second Line of Defense compliance advice, support, and oversight to the US business units.
• Review and investigate AML and sanctions alerts generated through screening systems.
• File Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) with FinCEN, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
• Prepare and submit OFAC Blocked Property and Rejected Transaction Reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance.

Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions Analyst

• Lead the day-to-day running of our fraud operations function, ensuring effective prevention, detection, and investigation of fraud across Computershare.
• Be accountable for operational performance, team leadership, process optimization, and delivering high-quality customer and stakeholder experience while minimizing fraud losses.
• Managing and developing the fraud operations teams.
• Overseeing daily workflows, case queues, and service levels to ensure timely and accurate decision making.
• Monitoring fraud alerts, customer activity to identify suspicious behavior and any new workstreams which are fraud facing.
• Leading the response to emerging fraud threats, adjusting controls and processes as needed.

• Define and execute a global analytics optimization strategy across TM, CRR, and Fraud systems aligned to regulatory expectations and enterprise risk appetite.
• Act as a senior analytics SME for the Financial Crime Modernization Program, embedding analytics strategy into platform, data, and operating model decisions.
• Lead the ongoing optimization of global TM rulebooks across business lines, geographies, and customer segments.
• Own the strategic direction for CRR and Fraud model tuning and enhancement, ensuring models are predictive, explainable, and effectively consumed by downstream controls.
• Define and execute the transition strategy from rules-based detection to AI and machine-learning-driven approaches.
• Ensure all optimization activities are fully defensible, supported by robust documentation, validation, and change control.

Director – Global Lead, Financial Crime Analytics

• Owns and manages the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) process for relationship management teams.
• Engages with prospects and current clients to accurately review AML/KYC information in order to facilitate legal entity onboarding, KYC record expansions and maintenance activities, per bank policy standards.
• Maintains and manages current portfolio of periodic reviews/refreshes for US and non-US entities, ensuring that client documents and supplemental information are received in a timely manner, reviewed for accuracy, and meet policy standards in order to complete the review/refresh on time.
• Maintains a high level of organization, data management, and time management skills to continuously move onboarding, expansions and periodic review/refresh activities, audit, and/or remediation efforts forward.
• Adheres to bank privacy policies in securing Non-Public Personal Information (NPPI) obtained as part of AML/KYC activities.

KYC/AML Specialist

• Investigating fraud and misconduct, bribery and corruption, and other investigative matters
• Supporting counsel in litigation and expert witness engagements potentially including damages calculations, document requests, witness questions, and market research
• Completing complex tasks independently and reviewing associate work for accuracy
• Maintaining effective client communications and organized personal and engagement files
