Field Engineer

• Responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on imaging equipment across multiple modalities, including MR, CT, X-Ray, and advanced diagnostic systems.
• Manage financial performance within the territory, meeting or exceeding budget for revenue generation, expense control and inventory management.
• Manage company assets to include a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory parts, etc.
• Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative duties accurately.

Medical Imaging Field Engineer – Central Zone

• Install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems and related equipment at customer field locations.
• Perform inspections, testing, calibration, software updates, hardware upgrades, and system diagnostics to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability.
• Ensure all field service activities are completed in accordance with NOV quality standards, operational procedures, and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Travel to customer sites to provide installation, startup, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and technical support services.
• Train customers on the safe, proper operation and maintenance of NOV products and systems.
• Accurately complete and submit service reports, field documentation, job summaries, and other required records in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, engineers, customers, and internal support teams regarding project status, equipment performance, and service findings.
• Identify, document, and communicate equipment failures, operational concerns, and customer feedback to the appropriate departments for corrective action and continuous improvement.
• Maintain company-issued tools, vehicles, equipment, and assets in good working condition and ensure proper care and accountability.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing field observations and recommendations to enhance product performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business operations and customer requirements.
• Comply with all NOV policies, procedures, and safety standards while promoting a strong culture of safety and operational excellence.
• Other duties as assigned.

Field Service Technician

• Install, repair and troubleshoot surface wellhead systems.
• Work independently to install new products and conduct repairs of TechnipFMC equipment ensuring no rig lost time for our customers while controlling expenses and maintaining assets of TechnipFMC.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain communication with Company Representative on issues including job procedures, spare parts requirements, function fit and critical dimension measurements.
• Ensure all equipment, service tooling and spare parts are on location and ready to use and functions fit prior to beginning each job.
• Record critical dimensions to ensure assembly will work and obtain and review product running procedures.
• Provide “Project Support” as required, for all new projects which includes: attending design review for equipment and tools, reviewing installation procedures, assisting with project Factory Acceptance Tests and reviewing project training requirements for service personnel.
• Prepare and submit Field Service Orders and other region required reports after each job is complete.
• Complete a Tally Book or other forms to communicate procedures, spare parts, critical dimensions and customer questions and complaints.
