Field Engineer

• Take responsibility for the installation of new systems
• Perform maintenance, servicing and repairs of Mühlbauer production machines at customer sites
• Prepare service reports and customer documentation
• Advise customers and conduct on-site customer training
• Supervise external maintenance teams
• Diagnose faults and carry out troubleshooting

Field Service Engineer

• Lead integrations of new features with our System, Software and Algo groups.
• Develop tools to help us shine – it can be GUI tools, Simulators, data validity tools etc. – anything needed to help us win.
• Work closely and Collaborate with our R&D team to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with customers throughout the development cycle, from initial concept and feasibility studies to product integration and deployment, including on-site technical support and demonstrations

Software Integration Engineer, Field Application

• Achieve demand creation and profitability targets for assigned technologies through focused design-win activities.
• Collaborate with account managers and marketing teams to deliver innovative solutions and grow design-in revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer engineers, decision makers, and supplier partners.
• Develop expert-level knowledge of assigned technologies, products, and their applications.
• Analyze customer requirements to create tailored technical proposals that maximize product portfolio use.
• Lead and manage DWIN projects with proper documentation, tracking, and closure from design to production.
• Organize and deliver technical events, trainings, and demonstrations to enhance customer engagement and influence design choices.
• Leverage digital tools for design validation, prototyping, and optimization across customer projects.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and market trends (e.g. Edge AI, Cybersecurity, HMI) and translate insights into customer strategies.
