• Provide logistics, travel, accommodation and event organisation services under a 12-month Frame Agreement
• Organise and coordinate events, including venue booking, catering, simultaneous interpretation, online and hybrid event support, photography, videography and printing
• Arrange hotel reservations, domestic and international travel, train, bus and airline tickets, and local and international transfers
• Submit quotations for one or both service lots
• Deliver services throughout Ukraine and internationally where applicable
• Submit applications exclusively through the Bamboo procurement portal
