Client Events Intern

• Own the events function end-to-end
• Define processes and build the strategy framework
• Ensure each activation reflects the brand and drives business impact
• Manage events across all markets: France, Spain, Italy, DACH, US, Canada, MEA
• Ensure each event is well-prepared, on-brand, and properly followed up
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and regional Legal Expert and Alliances managers
• Plan and execute events that satisfy local needs and align with the global strategy

Senior Event Manager

• Take full ownership of all external events CyberVadis is committed to (trade shows, sector conferences, sponsorships) across France, the UK and the DACH region.
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics: registrations, booth, materials, briefings for attending teams, travel, accommodation, goodies.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and event organisers (negotiation, contracts, follow-up).
• Define commercial objectives for each event with SDRs and Account Executives, and organise on-site meetings.
• Deliver post-event reporting (leads collected, cost per lead, ROI, qualitative feedback).
• Design and run a webinar programme (topic selection with marketing and sales, speaker coordination, platform management, promotion, registrant tracking, replay management).
• Organise, in collaboration with the sales team, executive dinners and breakfasts for prospects and customers in Paris, London and other strategic locations across the DACH region.
• Create new concepts of proprietary events, test them with target audiences, and roll out the most performant formats at scale across our regions.
• Build and maintain a global event calendar — visible and shared with the sales teams.
• Own the events budget and make sure it is respected.
• Track leads and opportunities generated by events in Salesforce and present performance in marketing reviews.
• Coordinate event-related communication assets (LinkedIn, email, landing pages) with the content and digital contributors.

Event Manager

• Support corporate communications across social media, newsletters, and digital platforms
• Assist in promoting Executive Summits through content creation, scheduling, and campaign support
• Design visuals and communication assets aligned with Novaspace’s brand
• Create engaging content including speaker highlights, event promotions, interviews, and recap materials
• Support communication materials for speakers, sponsors, media, and partners
• Monitor campaign and social media performance metrics
• Assist with newsletters, media kits, and stakeholder communications
• Support event coordination, production logistics, and onsite execution
• Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across channels

Communications and Events Intern

• Identifier les biens anciens à vendre sur ton secteur
• Contacter, rencontrer les vendeurs et organiser les visites des biens à vendre

• Coordonner les shootings photos, superviser la rédaction des annonces et garantir la visibilité du bien sur les différents portails immobiliers (nous publions pour vous)
• Réaliser les visites avec les acquéreurs potentiels, valider la solvabilité

Conseiller-ère immobilier, Vente et Achat-Revente

• Handle the lead queue, enrich data, and ensure seamless handovers to Sales for accurate follow-up.
• Create workflows and reports in Salesforce to track performance.
• Coordinate with external partners (goodies, printers, event organizers, booth designers).
• Maintain our Notion pages, design presentation slides, and keep the global marketing agenda up to date.
• Partner with the Brand team, Website team, and Ops team for collaboration.
• Set up SF/HubSpot tools and assist in creating visual assets for ABM campaigns.

Field Marketing and Events

• Ensure the concept stands out with key decision-makers
• Lead end-to-end management of the Climate Dividends Awards in late 2026
• Prepare materials for presentations and speaking engagements
• Organize networking events

Marketing & Events Right Hand, Climate Dividends

• Support the planning and execution of key events, including Scality Day, Scality Rocks, webinars, and Tier 1 events worldwide.
• Manage event logistics: invitations, registrations, and attendee follow-up.
• Contribute to event promotion through email campaigns, social media, and digital marketing.
• Manage event platforms (e.g., Whova): update content and agendas, and administer attendee and sponsor access.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Support post-event activities: reporting, lead qualification, and satisfaction surveys.
• Maintain and update lead data in the CRM.
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns in coordination with marketing teams.
• Track and follow up on leads with Sales teams.
• Manage post-event communications, including thank-you emails, follow-ups, and lead qualification.
• Assist with Channel marketing initiatives and events across regions (France, BeLux, Asia, MEA).
• Support coordination with regional teams and partners.
• Contribute to the operational delivery of international marketing activities.
