• Identify, approach, and win new MRO customers and applications within assigned territory and sectors.
• Proactively develop sales pipeline and convert opportunities into revenue.

Sales Engineer

• Write TypeScript and/or JavaScript software for deployment to Lambdas in AWS.
• Perform quality assurance activities (including unit testing, integration testing, technical review, code review, etc.)
• Participate in an agile software development team alongside testers, developers, and product owners to deliver quality software in a timely manner.
• Report on status during standup meetings.
• Participate in design meetings as required.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure on-time delivery for every feature.
• Propose innovative solutions to increase performance and quality while lowering total costs.
• Provide continuous support and guidance to less senior colleagues through regular coaching activities and support them in fulfilling their personal development plan.

Senior NodeJS Engineer – AWS, Microservices

• Work directly under the supervision of Plant Manager
• Responsible for engineering to support the growth of the plant including all aspects, functions
• Design, develop and implement initiatives to improve the Company's processes and operations to enhance competitiveness and operational excellence
• Prepare quotation for complete technical and commercial Cutting Tools for customers
• Take technical responsibility for the Project's orders (all technical information is clear to the customer before the quotation and after the order is sent)
• Technical project management
• Programming for CNC grinding machines, designing cutting tool drawings according to customer requirements
• Plan and execute the transfer of projects to KVN
• Develop new, innovative tool solutions together with customers and machine tool builders
• Parts cost management - Analyze and optimize production processes
• Process citation/study is supported
• Grasp concepts in production management such as: Safety, Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, RCA, 5S, Kaizen, etc.
• Consent to projects to improve OEE and reduce cycle times
• Create documents and store them according to the Company's procedures
• Communicate with suppliers (technical and commercial, follow the work assigned to them)
• Review and measure engineering methods, technology applications, work processes and apply lean/continuous improvement application skills

Engineer, Process

• Integrate TensorRT-LLM for BioNeMo models.
• Optimize models for low-latency, high-throughput inference.
• Profile and debug deep learning workloads on GPUs.
• Develop and validate custom GPU kernels for hot paths.
• Collaborate with research to align model architecture and training.
