• Performs day to day Process Engineering support to deliver immediate operations support, working closely with the site team to resolve issues under the direction of the Operations Engineering Manager.
• Ensures that asset Process Engineering risks are understood, appropriately risk assessed, and actions driven to reduce risk within agreed timeframe.
• Defines process system operating envelopes, monitors health of process equipment using operating envelopes, records and investigates excursions outside operating envelopes.
• Monitors Process Engineering Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and initiates corrective action as necessary.
• Provides Process Engineering support to technical Management of Change (MoCs) and Engineering Queries (EQs).
• Identifies production vulnerabilities and optimization opportunities to support production forecast and growth.
• Write, review, recommend technical input into Site Operations Procedures (SOPs).
• Provides Process Engineering coaching to Client engineers.
• Generates, revises, reviews discipline Technical Documentation.

Rotational Support – Process Engineer

• Ensures that asset I&C Engineering risks are understood, appropriately risk assessed, and actions driven to reduce risk within agreed timeframe.
• Defines I&C Engineering operating envelopes, monitors health of static I&C Engineering equipment using operating envelopes, records and investigates excursions outside operating envelopes.
• Monitors I&C Engineering Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and initiates corrective action as necessary.
• Provides I&C Engineering support to technical Management of Change (MoCs) and Engineering Queries (EQs).
• Identifies production vulnerabilities and optimization opportunities to support production forecast and growth.

• Provides I&C Engineering coaching to Client engineers.

Rotational Support – Instrumentation & Control Engineer

• Develop and maintain applications using Java and Calypso scripting
• Customize and support treasury systems on the Calypso platform
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system enhancements and deployments
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Support integration with other banking and financial systems

Software Engineer – Calypso Scripting

• Conducting on-site commissioning of legacy and retrofit equipment, general maintenance, troubleshooting, fault analysis, and installation supervision.
• Preparing Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS), site visit reports, and maintaining timesheets for submission to clients.
• Starting up and maintaining Zeeco's combustion products and systems, including flare systems, flare gas recovery, boiler burners, process burners, thermal oxidizers, vapour recovery systems, and associated pollution and optical control equipment.
• Identifying potential opportunities for additional aftermarket spares and site service support through service and commissioning activities.
• Supervising on-site turnaround/outages contracts and delivering training both classroom and on site to end-user personnel.
• Adhering to the Company and customer Health and Safety Policies, promoting a safe working environment at all times.

Field Service Engineer – Commissioning

• Provide hands-on technical support, system maintenance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in accordance with agreed service levels.
• Collaborate with the customer’s technical and operational teams to ensure optimal system performance, service continuity, and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Escalate problems to 2nd and 3rd tier support when necessary.
• Perform preventive/corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Assist internal and external customers on-site and remotely on technical questions and issues.
• Identify opportunities for up-selling Agfa Services and Products and pass on up-selling opportunities to sales as required.

Resident Engineer – PACS, RIS, VNA

• Perform cleaning, disassembly, inspection, fault diagnosis, repair, assembly, and functional testing of aircraft components per OEM CMM & CRMs
• Use precision tools, calibrated equipment, and test rigs as per maintenance data
• Complete all work orders and technical documents accurately and legibly
• Certifying Staff Duties (once authorized) Perform final inspection and issue Certificate of Release to Service (CRS) for eligible components
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and OEM requirements. Maintain personal authorization records and currency of mandatory training
• Record maintenance actions and traceability data into ERP/MRO software system
• Ensure component tags and part movement records are compliant
• Report non-conformities via Quality system and support corrective actions
• Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Participate in internal audits, quality workshops, and continuous improvement

MRO Repair Technician / Component Certifying Engineer

• Participate in agile activities including daily scrums, and planning
• Adhere to team development standards for software processes, tools and metrics
• Ability to work in an international team environment - on-site working scheme
• Works with the Product Owner to confirm that the end product reflects the desired functionality
