Electrical Engineer

• Definire, raccogliere e gestire i requisiti di sistema, assicurandone la tracciabilità e l'allineamento con i target di prodotto
• Promuovere l'adozione di metodologie e strumenti di Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) per la modellazione e la gestione dei requisiti
• Condurre l'analisi funzionale del sistema, monitorando la maturità delle funzionalità e i relativi rischi tecnici
• Supportare i team tecnici nelle attività di analisi e troubleshooting attraverso analisi statistiche dei dati (Databricks) e simulazioni (MATLAB/Simulink)
• Collaborare con team multidisciplinari, guidando discussioni tecniche e contribuendo al miglioramento continuo di processi e strumenti
• Monitorare lo stato di avanzamento delle attività di System Engineering e predisporre report tecnici per stakeholder e management

System Engineer – High Voltage Power Electronics

• Electrical design of the project observing the required specifications and quality, respecting the costs and timing expected
• Responsible to have the electrical component overview (technical attributes, cost model and quality data) of internal production, ongoing projects and benchmarking
• Contribute to the definition of the electrical part of the specifications of the product, in cooperation with mechanical design
• Support the product development design in following the applicable safety standards
• Make analyses on products and processes connected to the project
• Support the Laboratory for certifications and analysis of applicable certification standards
• Operate following the Electrolux Project Development Process
• Collaborate with Laboratory, Prototype workshop, and Electronics in order to manage the realization and optimization of technical solutions ( optimizing design to manufacturing and design to cost )
• Dialogue with suppliers and Purchasing Team to define components according to Electrolux Professional Strategy
• Team work with factory, quality and reliability laboratory for complete qualification of new components
• Support the product care for analyzing product modifications and specials product executions
• Support root cause analysis of quality improvements ( internal processes and filed )
• Documentation quality for BOM editing, Technical Documentation and Technical support

• Provide technical leadership and expert guidance on mission-critical electrical systems across the EMEA portfolio.
• Develop and maintain electrical engineering standards, equipment specifications and resilience strategies aligned to STACK operational requirements.
• Support electrical studies, modelling activities and validation of system performance, settings and design assumptions.
• Review design and engineering documentation, technical submissions and commissioning activities to ensure compliance with operational and performance requirements.
• Support commissioning, operational acceptance and handover activities for new facilities, expansions and major upgrades.
• Define and assure operational acceptance criteria, testing requirements and documentation standards to support successful transition into live operations.
• Serve as the Authorising Engineer (AE) for Electrical Safety Rules, ensuring robust governance, safe systems of work and compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Conduct technical assurance reviews and site audits, identifying opportunities to improve safety, reliability and operational performance.
• Provide technical escalation support during major incidents, supporting high-quality root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
• Support development of maintenance methodologies, operational procedures and engineering standards across the portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to improve electrical efficiency, reduce operational risk and enhance system resilience.
• Provide technical oversight of vendors, contractors and service providers, ensuring consistency and quality across facilities.
• Coach and mentor engineers and operational teams, supporting capability development across the EMEA portfolio.

Senior Electrical Engineer – Technical Operations EMEA

• Perform the technical evaluation of the commercial offer
• Analyze the contract specifications and motor and sensor lists, identifying any critical issues
• Perform the design of electrical equipment that is part of the scope of supply
• Define the technical characteristics of components and equipment based on international standards and company standards
• Perform studies on existing or planned electricity grids
• Define automation hardware and perform installation engineering development
