• Manage follow-up and shipping status for all purchase orders according to Supply Chain Department KPIs
• Provide timely feedback to end-users on pending purchase orders
• Coordinate and resolve issues related to invoices on hold using the Accounts Payable MiR6 report
• Update the overdue report weekly according to SCM KPIs
• Resolve warehouse discrepancy reports
• Clean the SAP Purchasing database for open orders
• Evaluate vendor performance to prevent shipping delays and stockouts and ensure goods and services quality
• Build and maintain high-quality vendor relationships
• Interact with Logistics, Warehouse, Inventory Control, Customs, Accounts Payable, and Treasury teams
• Report expediting activity status to the Senior Buyer/Purchasing Supervisor or designate
• Recommend improvements to service quality, departmental efficiency, and work activities
