• You will coordinate between our internal team (strategists, designers, developers) and the client to ensure everyone is aligned, deadlines are met, and quality is never compromised.
• You will push back when needed, ask the hard questions, and make sure we are delivering real value -- not just checking boxes.

• Create and edit paid ads for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok

• Product listing in the online shop: Take responsibility for adding and updating our product range in the online shop.
• Marketplace strategy: Support us in maintaining and further developing our marketplaces such as Avocadostore, Otto, Kaufland and others.
• Create product texts: Use artificial intelligence to craft appealing and informative product descriptions that engage our target audience.
• Optimize product pages: Work on improving the content of our product presentations to enhance the user experience and optimize conversion rates.

Mandatory Internship, Product Management & Online Shop Support – E-Commerce

• Own and maintain the weekly P&L, ensuring all income and expenses are accurately recorded and up to date.
• Perform weekly reconciliation inside Xero, matching transactions and resolving discrepancies before they compound.
• Prepare and send client invoices on time, following up firmly and professionally until payment is received.
• Prepare and send candidate invoices, coordinating with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure billing accuracy.
• Manage payment follow-ups across all outstanding invoices — nothing falls through the cracks.
• Monitor and manage financial inboxes, triaging emails and responding or escalating with urgency and precision.
• Track all incoming and outgoing payments, flagging anomalies immediately to leadership.
• Maintain clean, organised records inside Xero and any supporting tools (Airtable / ClickUp / Notion).
• Coordinate with the Customer Success and Talent Acquisition teams to align billing with active placements and contracts.
• Produce weekly financial snapshots and summary reports for internal review.
• Flag cash flow risks, overdue accounts, and irregularities proactively — don't wait to be asked.
