• Email Design: Develop eye-catching email templates and campaign assets that don't just look good, but also drive clicks and conversions. You'll help push the boundaries of what's possible in email design.
• Animation & Video Content: Create dynamic motion graphics and video content that enhance client messaging and help clients stand out in a crowded digital landscape.
• Advertising: From display ads to CTV, we go wherever our clients need to be. The advertising landscape moves quickly, and you’ll help us keep up by designing for emerging channels.
• Collaboration: Partner with creative directors, copywriters, strategists, project managers, and clients to ensure creative outputs are aligned, impactful, and polished. You’ll be a key contributor across concepting, execution, and refinement.

Digital Marketing, Fundraising Designer

• Maintain brand consistency across website, sales collateral, presentations, campaigns, events, partner materials, and digital touchpoints.
• Create and adapt digital marketing assets, including one-pagers, solution briefs, landing pages, website graphics, pitch decks, infographics, event collateral, case study layouts, and buyer journey materials.
• Support website content updates, landing pages, digital content refreshes, user experience improvements, and SEO-informed content structure.
• Partner with sales, product marketing, communications, and subject matter experts to develop clear, compelling customer-facing materials.
• Build reusable templates for decks, one-pagers, website assets, event materials, and sales collateral to improve consistency and speed.
• Translate complex products, technical topics, and market priorities into visually compelling, audience-friendly content.
• Organize and maintain a library of current, on-brand marketing and sales enablement assets.
• Use website and content performance data to recommend improvements to digital experiences, landing pages, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, designers, and web vendors as needed.

Brand & Digital Marketing Manager

• Own bartaco's digital marketing engine — from paid media strategy and performance to CRM, website, and marketing analytics.
• Build the infrastructure, set the plan, manage partners and/or execute the campaign, and own the results.
• Bring analytical rigor to every investment decision, connecting media math to real business outcomes — impressions to awareness, spend to covers, campaigns to revenue.
• Build bartaco's end-to-end paid media strategy and performance from the ground up across paid social (Meta, TikTok), paid search (Google), programmatic (CTV, OLV, display), and 3rd party delivery/catering platforms (UberEats, DoorDash, ezCater).
• Develop media plans grounded in marketing math — connecting budget to impression targets, reach and frequency requirements, CPM assumptions, and awareness or conversion goals.
• Own budget allocation decisions across channels; build the rationale for how dollars are deployed and reallocated based on performance.
• Manage agency and vendor relationships, holding partners accountable to results.
• Build and execute a testing roadmap across creative, audiences, offers, and dayparts.
• Own the digital marketing measurement framework: define KPIs, build dashboards, deliver post-campaign readouts, and translate performance data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Design incrementality-based measurement approaches — including test/control structures.
• Own CRM and lifecycle marketing across email and SMS, including segmentation strategy, automation flows, list growth, and performance optimization.
• Build and manage marketing journeys that drive repeat visits, reactivating lapsed guests, and increasing lifetime value.

Director of Digital Marketing

• Collaborate with client teams and outside vendors to develop and implement effective digital fundraising and membership campaigns that drive engagement and revenue.
• Serve as lead project manager to ensure jobs are delivered on message, on time, and on budget.
• Manage all the nitty-gritty details of getting a digital campaign out the door, identify problems, provide solutions, and report up or down as needed.
• Schedule and participate in internal team meetings and client meetings to discuss creative strategy for direct marketing campaign.

• Lead the strategy, execution, and delivery of integrated digital marketing campaigns across IJM’s digital channels;
• Execute high-impact digital campaigns across website optimization, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and audience personalization to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion;
• Leverage marketing technology platforms, including CDPs, marketing automation, and analytics tools, to deliver personalized digital experiences and continuous optimization;
• Partner with Creative, Communications, Product, Technology, and Fundraising teams to ensure coordinated, mission-aligned messaging;
• Translate campaign objectives into clear requirements for landing pages, user journeys, and integrated digital experiences in collaboration with UX and development teams;
• Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and conversion data to inform testing, optimization, and performance improvements;
• Manage paid media performance, budget allocation, and agency relationships to maximize return on investment;
• Guide content structure, publishing workflows, and governance within CMS platforms in collaboration with technology partners;
• Ensure all digital marketing activities align with brand standards, compliance requirements, and campaign KPIs;
• Participate in IJM’s community of spiritual formation.
