DevOps Engineer

• Multi-Cloud Infrastructure & Kubernetes Management: Own, deploy, scale, and maintain our multi-cloud architecture across Tencent Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, and GCP. You will manage containerised workloads end-to-end using TKE, ACK, and GKE clusters to ensure high availability for both China domestic and global operations.
• Automated CI/CD & Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design, build, and optimise robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions. Develop and maintain reusable Terraform modules to standardise infrastructure deployments globally.
• Compliance, Monitoring & Operational Excellence: Ensure absolute compliance with China’s data residency, domestic CDN requirements, and ICP regulations. Implement proactive observability (Prometheus, Grafana), participate in daytime on-call rotations, and integrate alerts with regional collaboration tools (WeChat Work, DingTalk, Feishu).

• Define and implement SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets for critical CloudBlue services to ensure reliability and performance
• Influence system architecture with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and operability, designing systems for fault tolerance, graceful degradation, and self-healing
• Reduce operational toil by identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement
• Design and operate CloudBlue’s observability stack across metrics, logs, and traces using tools such as Datadog, Grafana, and Elastic Stack
• Develop actionable alerting strategies and dashboards that provide clear insight into platform and business health
• Design and maintain high-availability architectures, implementing redundancy, failover, and disaster recovery strategies across regions and availability zones
• Conduct capacity planning, load testing, and performance optimization to ensure platform stability and scalability
• Act as a senior responder during production incidents, leading incident coordination, communication, and service restoration
• Own blameless postmortems and drive improvements that reduce incident frequency, MTTR, and customer impact
• Improve reliability of Kubernetes-based platforms through health checks, autoscaling strategies, rollout safety, and resilience testing
• Partner with engineering and DevOps teams to improve deployment safety, rollback strategies, and platform reliability
• Maintain runbooks and operational documentation, and promote SRE best practices across engineering teams
• Support other tasks or projects as assigned to meet team and business needs

Site Reliability Engineer

• Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Deploy and manage container orchestration platforms including EKS, AKS and related technologies.
• Assist in the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines, ensuring security checks are embedded at each stage.
• Establish and maintain infrastructure as code practices for cloud resources and container platforms.
• Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to integrate automated security testing tools within the CI/CD pipeline.
• Continuously assess and optimize cloud resources, container platforms, and CI/CD processes based on feedback and evolving best practices.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance understanding of cloud technologies, container orchestration, and DevSecOps principles.
• Ensure all cloud and DevOps practices comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in conducting audits to review SDLC processes and deployed systems for compliance with production efficiency and security protocols.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, test, and deployment workflows
• Manage, operate, and scale Kubernetes clusters (EKS, GKE, AKS, or self-managed)
• Provision and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation)
• Improve system reliability, performance, availability, and scalability
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog)
• Support zero-downtime deployments, rollbacks, and release strategies
• Troubleshoot production issues including latency, errors (e.g. 502s), pod crashes, OOMs, and networking problems
• Implement and enforce security best practices, including secrets management, IAM, and network policies
• Collaborate closely with software engineers on deployment strategies, system design, and operational readiness
