DevOps Engineer

• Keep critical customer journeys reliable and available, and respond first when they aren't.
• Join the on-call rotation for business critical services.
• Own alerting and observability.

• Eliminate toil by turning recurring developer requests into self-service.
• Drive down platform cost without trading away reliability.
• Design infrastructure that scales with bursty, high-volume traffic.
• Measure the platform against Well-Architected principles and act on what's weak.

Site Reliability Engineer

• Design and evolve our cloud architecture on GCP - networking, interconnects, IAM and high-availability topology - and express it entirely as code with Terraform, following GitOps as a first principle.
• Build and own the CI/CD pipelines that plan, review, test and safely apply IaC changes - Policy-as-Code guardrails, drift detection and progressive rollout so infrastructure changes ship as confidently as application code.
• Advance Platform-as-a-Product: build self-serve capabilities and paved paths so engineers can provision what they need, through a golden path rather than a hand-off.
• Strengthen our observability stack - metrics, logs, traces and alerting across Prometheus, Thanos, Grafana, Loki, Tempo and Alertmanager - so the platform is easy to run and reason about.
• Operate our GKE clusters and the infrastructure services that run on them - Helm-packaged workloads, message brokers (RabbitMQ, IBM MQ) and data stores.
• Participate in our Follow-The-Sun on-call model: watch and triage alerts, join and declare incidents, lead structured debugging and escalation, and drive blameless post-mortems and the post-actions that actually close the loop.
• Embed SRE practices - SLIs/SLOs and error budgets, capacity planning - into how Core Infrastructure builds and operates, working closely with our SRE function.

Senior DevOps Engineer

• Following SRE principles to maintain a 24/7 production environment running on Kubernetes
• Implementation of DevOps methodologies to improve IT team quality of life
• Proactive system monitoring and configuration
• Incident response and postmortem processes
• Managing and evolving AWS infrastructure (EKS, EC2, RDS, Fargate, CloudFront, Lambda, S3)
• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD)
• Ensuring system reliability, performance, and scalability across our production stack
• Applying SRE discipline to ML infrastructure — ensuring model serving, training pipelines, and data systems are reliable, observable, and well-operated
• Supporting and improving ML model deployment pipelines and MLOps practices
• Monitoring ML model performance in production and building alerting and observability for ML systems
• Collaborating with data scientists and product teams to operationalize ML models at scale
• Contributing to infrastructure for ML workloads on Kubernetes and AWS
