• Build and own the canonical data products that Sales, CS, and GTM Ops rely on -- ARR, pipeline, account health, expansion signals, and renewal tracking
• Define and document GTM metric standards so the whole org is working from consistent definitions
• Build and maintain the underlying data models that power GTM reporting and analysis
• Serve as the dedicated analytical resource for Sales, Customer Success, and GTM Ops leadership
• Translate business questions into clean analytical specs and deliver decision-ready findings
• Build self-service tools and context layers that enable GTM teams to answer their own questions -- the goal is scale, not dependency
• Own the GTM analytics function end-to-end, from data model to business strategy
• Connect the dots between CRM, product usage, and billing data to give GTM teams a complete picture of the customer
• Identify gaps and inconsistencies across systems and work cross-functionally to resolve them
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, increase output, and go deeper than a traditional analyst workflow allows
• Help establish AI-forward ways of working within the Data Intelligence team and model that approach for the broader GTM org

Staff Data Analyst, GTM

• Responsible for analytic data needs of the business unit
• Handle complex data projects and acts as a mid-level Data Analyst
• Provide advanced analytical support for business operations in all the following areas: Finances, Product Analytics, Marketing promotions
• Extract, load, model, and reconcile large amounts of data across multiple system platforms and sources
• Conduct thorough exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover actionable insights and business opportunities
• Utilize statistical techniques and predictive modelling to forecast gaming trends and anticipate player preferences
• Review data to determine operational impacts and needed actions; elevate issues, trends, areas for improvement and opportunities to management
• Develop reports and deliverables for management
• Develop data using data warehouse analytical tools viz SQL, Python and Power BI
• Collaborate with data engineers to design and maintain robust data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions
• Develop and enforce data governance policies and best practices to uphold data quality standards across the organization
• Design, conduct, analyze and report on quantitative and qualitative research
• Display analyses results in text and visualizations to communicate results to the customers
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of data sources through regular data validation and cleansing procedures
• Support annual and ad hoc internal and external reporting requirements and prepare briefings and reports as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and fulfil the business requirements

• Analyze large-scale blockchain and ecosystem datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights in order to keep up with frontier industry trends
• Partner closely with engineers, product teams, and ecosystem stakeholders to define metrics and answer high-impact business and protocol questions
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Develop and maintain reliable datasets and analytical models to support decision-making across the organization
• Help define and track key ecosystem metrics such as decentralization scores, transaction inclusion performance, validator health, and network economics
• Perform exploratory analysis to evaluate protocol updates, ecosystem initiatives, and user behavior trends
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across reporting and analytical workflows
• Document methodologies, metrics definitions, and analytical processes to support transparency and knowledge sharing

Senior Data Analyst

• Extract, clean, and maintain marketing and business data
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities
• Build clear data visualizations and dashboards
• Analyze performance across paid channels (Google, Meta, Affiliate, etc.)
• Monitor budgets, KPIs, and campaign effectiveness
• Evaluate ROI, CAC, LTV and overall marketing efficiency

• Collaborate with Correlation One Operations personnel to perform class duties well and stay on schedule.
• Prepare for upcoming lectures by coordinating with Correlation One curriculum, content, and operations staff to ensure best Learner experience possible.
• Track any edits/changes/suggestions to content that would help foster a more cohesive and positive learner experience.
