• Work with audit team members as well as other pillars in the Africa Assurance Innovation and Digital team
• Create or leverage analytical solutions for audit clients
• Collaborate with data engineers, solution architects, product management, data analysts and data scientists across Africa and our global firm
• Build relationships and collaborate with colleagues across the different regions in EMEIA
• Create and embed new process and knowledge into standardized, repetitive, re-usable processes
• Stay abreast of developments in EY’s digital solutions and developments in the market
• Promote the use of digital innovations throughout the Assurance business

Custom Analytics Specialist

• Maintain, reconcile, and ensure the integrity of data related to holding company life cycles (funding, mergers, exits), applying robust data control standards and promptly escalating issues
• Maintain accurate and timely legal structure charts with strict version control, coordinating structural changes and fund flows with internal and third-party stakeholders
• Support accurate and controlled governance reporting and monitor critical reporting and compliance deadlines
• Provide timely support to deal teams and business operations, contribute to operational efficiency and control effectiveness, and support continuous process improvement and automation initiatives

Data Analyst – Investment Governance

• Work closely with teams to understand reporting needs and provide actionable insights
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for various business functions
• Assist in A/B testing, customer segmentation, and performance analysis
• Ensure data accuracy and quality across reporting workflows

Lead Data Analyst

• responsible for analyzing & responding to queries raised by clients who purchase one or more of IQVIA’s syndicated prescription and/or sales data offerings
• The candidate will also be responsible for completing & presenting complex data analysis/validation to internal key decision makers & external clients
• Development and management of the guidelines/recommendations module in COAA
• Receives and responds to client request
• Lead production project and attend projects’ meeting if needed
• Follow the process for data addition
• Propose improvements on production process
• Provides formal and written communications both internally and externally regarding issue status and resolution

• Act as a recognized expert in psychometric properties of COAs
• Curate, review, and maintain psychometric properties data within the COAA / COA Accelerator platform
• Ensure completeness, methodological accuracy, and consistency of psychometric records
• Collaborate with clinical, scientific, regulatory, and analytics stakeholders
• Support client and internal discussions through expert interpretation of psychometric evidence
• Contribute to continuous improvement of data models and standards related to psychometric properties

Psychometric Properties Data Analyst Manager

• Drives the analytics capability within the Research and Insights team, enabling data-driven decision-making to support strategic marketing execution.
• Accountable for translating complex datasets into actionable insights, aligning analytical outputs with business objectives.
• Applies advanced modelling techniques and machine learning to identify key trends, relationships, and opportunities across diverse data sources.
• Contributes to the implementation of strategic marketing initiatives and delivers operational recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
