Creative Strategist

• Supervise, mentor, and align a cross-functional creative team.
• Build a systematic approach to Creative Preference Optimization: from data collection to final decision-making.
• Implement structured creative evaluation and benchmarking frameworks.
• Form, maintain, and execute a strategic roadmap for the development of internal optimization tools.
• Ensure creative strategy alignment across marketing, product, and R&D teams.
• Identify and monitor core creative quality metrics: CTR, CVR, retention impact, preference scores.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of performance data and user behavioral signals.
• Interpret A/B test results and make data-backed recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Ensure data quality and methodological correctness of all experiments and statistical models.
• Work closely with designers, copywriters, and producers to create high-performing assets that match algorithmic insights.
• Translate complex backend analytics into actionable, easy-to-understand creative recommendations.
• Coordinate the full optimization lifecycle: 'analysis → hypothesis → prototype → test → implementation'.
• Manage the implementation of ML solutions for modeling creative preferences (ranking models, embeddings, scoring pipelines).
• Monitor the quality and efficiency of automatic creative selection and generation systems.
• Initiate the development of internal tools: analytics dashboards, testing automation, content classification, and recommendation algorithms.
• Present optimization results, trends, insights, and business impact to management and stakeholders.
• Generate high-level reports on optimization effectiveness, impact on core business metrics, and ROI.
• Coordinate priorities between teams and actively participate in quarterly OKR planning.

• Build scalable, documented creative production processes
• Personally drive creative thinking on priority angles
• Hire, onboard, and develop junior/mid Creative Producers
• Partner closely with the Marketing team
• Conduct competitor and trend research
• Own and evolve Findies’ internal AI-powered creative pipeline
• Set and enforce clear quality and performance standards for all creatives

• Організовувати брейншторми та генерувати нові ідеї разом із командою
• Керувати креативною командою: пріоритезувати задачі, координувати роботу, розвивати людей і підтримувати якість результату
• Брати участь у наймі та побудові сильної команди під потреби бізнесу
• Забезпечувати масштабованість креативного процесу та стабільний output команди
