Controller

• Manage daily distribution operations and coordinate logistics service providers
• Monitor performance of transport and distribution services against agreed service levels
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure smooth end-to-end flow of goods

Distribution Controller, Europe East

• Own monthly BOM-level hardware cost allocation for robots and projects, including mapping components from Order Tracker and warehouse to the right project, robot, and cost centers in line with Nomagic’s cost accounting logic
• Run monthly project and robot margin closes, including actuals vs budget analysis, variance explanations, and preparation of margin packs
• Maintain a robust robot lifecycle cost model linking capex, leases, and opex to unit economics and ARR reporting
• Lead warehouse and inventory cost reviews together with Engineering, including quarterly warehouse component reviews, project assignment, and support for annual physical inventory and audit
• Implement and maintain capex policy and fixed asset logic for robots and key hardware (capitalization criteria, asset classes, useful lives, depreciation methods, FA-in-progress treatment) in collaboration with Head of Group Accounting
• Track operational lease economics: ensure correct accounting treatment, margin impact, and alignment with RaaS financing structures
• Prepare and lead the monthly robot margin review with Project Management: ensure cost completeness, highlight anomalies, and present clear, actionable insights
• Feed accurate, reconciled actuals (capex, COGS, depreciation, leases) into Group Accounting for month-end close
• Provide clean, structured margin data sets and commentary to FP&A for rolling forecasts, unit economics updates, and scenario analyses
• Support the design and refinement of costing processes and tools (Order Tracker, ERP readiness, planning tool, invoicing tool) to reduce manual work and improve scalability until ERP is implemented
• Document and standardise all controlling processes
• Act as finance partner to Engineering/Project Management, proactively flagging risks, component gaps, and margin issues early, and recommending corrective actions

Senior Cost Controller

• Responsibility for the General Ledger, Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger and Fixed Asset ledger
• Oversight, review and co-ordination of group reporting on a monthly basis
• Balance sheet reconciliation and review
• Prepayments and accruals
• Intercompany reconciliations
• Reviewing and approving journals
• Cost Centre reporting and allocation
• Payroll review
• Cash management
• Management and development of direct reports
• Coordination with the FPA team
• Local Tax and other compliance reporting for each entity
• Statutory accounts preparation and annual audit management
• On-going enhancement, development and documentation of current processes and controls

Group Controller

• Support the business receivables by reviewing old balances on the accounts and investigating.
• Ensure that fraud risk, credit risk, and trade compliance risks associated with both new customers and the existing customer portfolio are effectively managed in accordance with business specifications.
• This involves the identification, continuous monitoring, and timely communication of these risks to relevant stakeholders.
• Whenever necessary, take the appropriate actions to resolve any identified issues.
• Compile, analyse, and interpret information to facilitate the approval of credit facilities or to make onward recommendations.
• Recommend process improvements and actively support the credit management team with the testing and roll out of new/changes to process.
• Ensure that company compliance and audit requirements, including Credit Management Policy and DOAM are met at all times.
• Review orders on hold and release where possible.
• Case management for your allocated ledger, ensuring internal and external queries and requests are actioned or referred onwards as required within a timely manner.
• Provide support to others in the Credit Control team when needed for incoming cases, held orders, absence cover and any other ad hoc duties as required.

• Collect, analyze, and review ESG-related data, reporting, and controls
• Support stakeholders and local business units responsible for ESG reporting
• Participate in monthly and quarterly reporting to Group Management and the Holding Company
• Work closely with external auditors and support the organization in audit preparation
• Share responsibility for continuously automating and optimizing ESG reporting processes, as well as the controlling framework
• Support the implementation of the company’s sustainability strategy

• Drive and support the continuous development and improvement of product/customer master data.
