Global Events Financial Controller

• Assicurare che i requisiti di pianificazione e controllo del progetto siano correttamente e chiaramente comunicati al team di progetto e, che vengano rispettati da coloro che sono responsabili dell'esecuzione dei lavori.
• Preparazione delle procedure di Planning, Reporting, Progress Measurement e definizione della WBS di progetto.
• Supporto generale nella preparazione di documentazione di progress attività (presentazioni, report, schedule, etc.)
• Supporto nella preparazione di Forecast, Budget e fasatura costi esterni
• Assicurare che i reports di gestione progetto siano emessi periodicamente in accordo con gli standard concordati
• Assicurare i processi periodici di Forecast in accordo con le procedure concordate.

Senior Project Planner, Controller

• Provide business partnership to the management and sales teams.
• Drive and support the continuous development and improvement of product/customer master data.
• Manage monthly global sales reports and help the sales teams understand and improve the worldwide commercial performance.
• Identify trends and performance-drivers.
• Analyse differences between planned and past performance.
• Compute and report volume/price analysis on a quarterly basis.
• Work closely with the sales teams and directors to identify the relevant business’ KPIs.
• Coordinate, control, and follow-up on price changes.
• Co-develop pricing and margin approaches and tools.
• Co-design and implement the sales planning process to embed volume and price assumptions into budget assumptions.

International Sales Controller

• Support data collection, analysis, and the preparation of financial files and presentations used in planning cycles
• Prepare monthly performance reports and variance analyses (Actual vs Budget/Forecast)
• Contribute to performance monitoring and identification of rationalization opportunities within the Other Brands product portfolio
• Participate in Finance and CARE team meetings, gaining exposure to how Finance supports and influences business decision‑making

Intern – Junior Controller, BU Care

• Monitor and analyze global spending, procurement costs, warehousing costs, and customs duties
• Identify variances between actual spend and budget/forecasts
• Consolidate and analyze spend data from various entities to identify synergy opportunities and negotiation leverage
• Define and monitor global KPIs (Actual vs. Budget, Price Variance, Cost Avoidance, and Net Savings)
• Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting, ensuring alignment between operational initiatives and group financial targets
• Audit end-to-end processes to eliminate bottlenecks, standardize and digitalize workflows, and implement Lean methodologies
• Act as the financial lead for make-vs-buy decisions, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) modeling, and supplier risk assessments
• Partner with procurement to evaluate suppliers, ensuring contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) are met
• Drive the optimization of processes and the implementation of advanced digital tools for real-time spend analytics
• Prepare periodic financial reports and present actionable insights to leadership
