• Manage and be supported by the finance team.

• Demonstrated experience managing financial reporting requirements for regulatory bodies, government departments, statutory agencies, and service level agreement (SLA) funders.
• Ability to ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and funding-related reporting obligations.
• Experience presenting complex financial information clearly and effectively to Boards of Trustees, Audit and Risk Committees, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of charity governance requirements and best practice financial stewardship.

Financial Controller

• Take part in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process according to US GAAP
• Review and analyze agreements with customers and partners to ensure proper billing, revenue recognition (ASC-606) and other accounting standards or internal policies are met
• Manage month-end closing processes including preparing monthly revenue recognition, monthly revenue analytics, and deferred revenue account reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain various reports supporting business needs – including support for ARR reporting
• Participate in ad-hoc projects to enhance current workflows and procedures internally, and in conjunction with other departments and external auditors
• Develop and document internal controls and processes
• Serve as a business partner and provide ongoing support for our customer-facing teams
• Take part in implementing and communicating new finance policies
• Assistance with ad hoc tasks as needed, both revenue and business-related

Revenue Controller

• Provide financial support across the full project lifecycle (tender → execution → warranty), ensuring transparency and control.
• Partner with Project Managers on commercial and financial matters, translating data into clear insights and supporting decisions.
• Support profitability and cash performance by identifying risks and opportunities early and contributing to mitigation actions.
• Coordinate and prepare monthly project reviews and forecasts, ensuring reliable financial insight and consistency.
• Support financial processes including invoicing, cash collection, currency exposure tracking, bonds & guarantees, and tax alignment with relevant functions.
