• Create, develop, manage, and publish content for the organisation’s web presence
• Supporting SEO/GEO goals in line with the Web Team
• Publish content using a CMS (WordPress experience required*)
• Ensure the quality and consistency of online content to maintain a credible, accurate and consistent voice
• Copy edit and proofread all digital content
• Proactively work and align with key internal and external stakeholders
• Work cooperatively with key external and internal stakeholders

• Writing fast, accurate, and engaging news stories across Dexerto's core coverage areas
• Covering gaming, TV & Movies, anime, entertainment, food, social media, content creators, and viral internet culture
• Identifying stories through social media, industry sources, and trend monitoring
• Pitching original story ideas and features
• Publishing and promoting stories across social media platforms including X and Facebook
• Writing social copy that encourages engagement and helps stories reach new audiences
• Working closely with editors to ensure stories meet Dexerto's editorial standards
• Contributing ideas for headlines, angles, and follow-up coverage
• Helping identify emerging trends before they become mainstream stories
