• Ensure all written outputs are clear, consistent, and aligned with Acorn’s tone of voice.
• Translate strategic and technical inputs into accessible, engaging content.
• Manage internal communications across the business, ensuring timely and structured information sharing.
• Draft internal announcements, updates, and leadership communications.
• Maintain consistency and clarity across internal messaging channels.
• Work closely with BD, strategy, and leadership to support campaigns and proposals.
• Take feedback constructively and iterate quickly on written outputs.
• Ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and proofreading across all deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal communication processes and content quality.

Content and Communication Specialist

• Acquire and prepare content on a weekly basis, following our guidelines.
• Conduct a detailed analysis and breakdown of the apps.
• Annotate screens and flows with information about design patterns and UI elements following our guidelines.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all content meets our quality standards.
• Clarify any doubts in your work, for example, by seeking clarification from UX analysts.
