• Deliver and administer content management services across a range of platforms
• Ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely updates for our clients
• Maintain and manage content including text, images, videos, and infographics
• Test content displays and functions correctly across webpages
• Collaborate with Account Management teams and communicate directly with clients when required
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support client KPIs and business objectives
• Deliver all tasks on time and to a high standard
• Follow internal processes and external compliance requirements
• Provide support and cover for team members when necessary
• Carry out ad-hoc duties as required
