• Develop, enhance, and incorporate CPT-4, HCPCS and/or ICD-10-CM Computer Assisted Coding medical coding rules into the 360 Encompass and CodeAssist Solventum products
• Field escalations from the Coding Analyst team with requests for Computer Assisted Coding (CAC) development or improvement
• Analyze documentation from our customers to determine language patterns for CAC rules
• Decide on the required elements for each coding rule and add language evidence for these rules
• Use internal web tools to create and edit rules
• Follow rigorous regression testing procedures
• Collaborate with other Computer Assisted Coding teams to ensure consistency of rules and approaches

Computer Assisted Medical Coding Content Developer

• Create and post 3–5 TikTok videos per week on topics related to side hustles, gig work, and remote earning
• Script, film, and edit videos independently — trend-aware and brand-aligned
• Stay on top of trending sounds, formats, and challenges to maximize reach
• Engage with comments and build community around the NoGigiddy TikTok page
• Collaborate with the social and content teams on campaign tie-ins
• Track video performance metrics and iterate on what drives views and followers
• Repurpose top-performing content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts

Marketing Content Creator

• responsible for assigned category and event content migrating across our customer platforms
• authorized to work in the Adobe Experience Management tool (AEM) and CMS, creating/building, scheduling and migrating content to QVC/HSN digital platforms
• supports day-to-day content development for the complete customer funnel: Homepage, Product Detail and the purchasing experience through customer cart
• create targeted Adobe Target campaigns via HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as well as knowledge of audience creation within Target
• in partnership with cross-functional teams including UX and IT, enforces platform standards and processes
• supports day-to-day compliance with key performance metrics including page load and weight, URL best practices and redirects
• responds to INRs in real time, partnering with IT to solve website and app issues in the moment in order to preserve the customer experience
• follows up with sr. leadership to explain issues and their resolution
• manages the cadence of hourly offer updates on customer-facing digital platforms when required
• collects and distills strategic direction and insights from key stakeholders: eCommerce, eMarketing, Copy, Design, UX, QA, UAT, Testing, and IT

• supports digital content team members with training, troubleshooting, and building content in some cases
• this position has 24-hr. on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis
• responds to INRs immediately and works alone or with IT to find a solution in real time

Digital Content Developer

• Own day-to-day content strategy and creation for LinkedIn and YouTube, with opportunities to expand into additional platforms over time
• Create platform-native content, including short-form video and visuals
• Develop a recognizable and consistent brand presence across social channels
• Monitor engagement and performance, using insights to refine content direction
• Support executive social media strategy and employee advocacy
• Create engaging, agile, and high-impact video content across channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, short-form clips, behind-the-scenes, storytelling formats)
• Partner with the broader Marketing team to execute webinars, consulting on webinar concepts and formats
• Develop post-event content strategies that extend the impact of each session well beyond the live moment, including repurposed assets across social, email, blog, and web
• Help refine and evolve how the Blackthorn brand shows up through content and media across owned channels
• Translate company strategy, product value, and customer insight into clear, compelling narratives
• Bring forward creative ideas, content series, and new formats — and test what resonates
