• Create and post 3–5 TikTok videos per week on topics related to side hustles, gig work, and remote earning
• Script, film, and edit videos independently — trend-aware and brand-aligned
• Stay on top of trending sounds, formats, and challenges to maximize reach
• Engage with comments and build community around the NoGigiddy TikTok page
• Collaborate with the social and content teams on campaign tie-ins
• Track video performance metrics and iterate on what drives views and followers
• Repurpose top-performing content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts

• Design and author training courses across the ThermalWorks Operations Training Program.
• Build SCORM-compatible deliverables using a chosen authoring platform (iSpring Suite, Articulate 360, or comparable).
• Coordinate with subject matter experts in technical operations, compliance, and lab operations.
• Develop assessments, quizzes, and competency evaluations in coordination with the compliance function.
• Manage version control and maintain audit-ready documentation across all training content.
• Maintain the training matrix and module library on SharePoint.
• Develop content for new hire onboarding, recurring recertification cycles, and product update releases.
• Author marketing materials, product overviews, sales enablement collateral, and customer-facing technical documentation.
• Adopt and apply AI-assisted authoring tools as part of standard workflow.
• Stay current on instructional design best practices and authoring tool capabilities.

Training Content Developer

• Script, shoot, and edit high-impact short-form video (Reels/TikTok) and photography using mobile and professional tools.
• Identify emerging sounds, memes, and formats before they hit the mainstream and adapt them instantly to the brand voice.
• Create content specifically designed for individual social feeds, avoiding a "corporate" or "ad-heavy" feel in favor of authenticity.
• Direct influencers, clients, internal team members to capture perfect visual assets.

• Own day-to-day content strategy and creation for LinkedIn and YouTube, with opportunities to expand into additional platforms over time
• Create platform-native content, including short-form video and visuals
• Develop a recognizable and consistent brand presence across social channels
• Monitor engagement and performance, using insights to refine content direction
• Support executive social media strategy and employee advocacy
• Create engaging, agile, and high-impact video content across channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, short-form clips, behind-the-scenes, storytelling formats)
• Partner with the broader Marketing team to execute webinars, consulting on webinar concepts and formats
• Develop post-event content strategies that extend the impact of each session well beyond the live moment, including repurposed assets across social, email, blog, and web
• Help refine and evolve how the Blackthorn brand shows up through content and media across owned channels
• Translate company strategy, product value, and customer insight into clear, compelling narratives
• Bring forward creative ideas, content series, and new formats — and test what resonates
