Consultant

• Research anything, anywhere. Given a question, dig through every source you can reach and find the answer — even when it’s buried, scattered, or hard to get to.
• Consolidate it into a clean format. Turn what you find into something usable: a structured dataset, a mini-report, or a clear summary — uniform, organised, and easy to work with.
• Verify accuracy. Once reports are assembled, check the precision of every fact and figure. This is where attention to detail matters most: a single unchecked number can undermine the whole piece.
• Build presentation materials. Turn validated findings into basic visualisations and presentation materials (typically in PowerPoint) that communicate clearly.

• Conduct analytical work, desk research, data collection, and benchmarking;
• Structure and analyse qualitative and quantitative information, drawing clear conclusions;
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other project deliverables;
• Support project implementation, coordination, and stakeholder engagement;
• Participate in workshops, interviews, and discussions with clients and partners;
• Analyse and map business processes and IT systems using BPMN, UML, or similar methodologies;
• Gather, document, and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements;
• Identify gaps in business processes or digital solutions and develop recommendations;
• Contribute to digital product concepts, backlogs, and functional specifications;
• Support the preparation of business cases for digital and IT-related investments;
• Assist in analysing system integrations and digital solution architecture;
• Contribute to high-quality and timely project delivery.

Consultant – Digitalization

• Provide reliable and efficient technical support on 3Shape hardware (3D scanners) and software via online sessions, telephone, e-mails and occasional on-site events.
• Managing support cases: collect all relevant information from customers, according to the company's procedures, and record this using the company`s CRM.
• Interact with other departments and escalate customer feedback further.
• Collaboration with other supporters for technical support for Clinic TRIOS software and hardware.
• General support case management: logging, prioritization, troubleshooting, potential escalation to other departments, closing, follow-up.
• Knowledge transfer
• Creating and reviewing knowledge base articles and support documentation.
• Training – technical training and coaching of colleagues and reseller supporters.
