Consultant

• Support regional KAMs in client discussions across the ESET CTI portfolio, providing technical and product expertise
• Contribute to CTI tenders and presales by aligning ESET capabilities with client needs
• Support the KAM and CTI Manager in preparing value-driven business reviews for leadership
• Profile clients to understand CTI requirements and tailor intelligence outputs
• Coordinate integration of CTI platforms, STIX/TAXII feeds, and automated intelligence sharing with client tech teams
• Adapt intelligence from ESET data sources to meet custom CTI service requirements
• Provide technical deep dives and troubleshooting support for KAMs and clients
• Identify and integrate relevant OSINT sources to enrich ESET threat intelligence
• Deliver mitigation guidance and recommendations based on ESET TI data, research, and OSINT
• Align CTI activities with industry frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK)
• Build trusted client relationships and support identification of opportunities to grow CTI program value
