Consultant

• Under the authority of the Head of Office and the supervision of the Technical Cooperation Chief of the IIPE-UNESCO Africa Office, the consultant will contribute to several major projects.
• SUPPORT TO THE ANALYSIS OF RESOURCE ALLOCATION MECHANISMS.
• Contribute to the development of the study protocol, including the methodological approach.
• Support the processing of multiple database series and perform statistical and econometric analyses for diagnosing current practices and evaluating the effects of allocation strategies.
• Support the drafting of the study report, including identification of allocation options for central and decentralized levels.
• SUPPORT TO THE ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECTS OF DECENTRALIZED TEACHER MANAGEMENT.
• Support the statistical and, where applicable, institutional analysis of the effects of decentralization on resource efficiency, the quality of teacher management, and equity in teacher distribution, including gender dimensions.
