Consultant

• Oversee one or more business-related workstreams in the implementation project, ensuring all necessary tasks, dependencies, and resource/time evaluations are identified, and providing status updates to the Project Manager for integration into the overall project plan
• Can act as project leader for small and mid-sized SimCorp Dimension® projects
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshop and trainings at new or existing clients in business-related areas and domains
• Document client requirements and map to SimCorp Dimension® functions and processes, identifying improvements and efficiencies where possible.
• Possess understanding of basic project planning
• Responsible for providing configuration and end-user training, allowing the client to maintain SimCorp Dimension® and optimize its usage
• Key contact for our customers for questions in connection with SimCorp Dimension®
• Instruct and mentor less experienced colleagues on the job
• Identify opportunities to offer tailored services beyond the project scope to our customers in your role as a trusted advisor
• Contribute to improving best practices for implementation processes and promote topics across projects.

Lead Business Consultant, IBOR

• Support the development of business, IT, and digital strategies aligned to client goals and market dynamics
• Contribute to the design of target operating models, including organizational structure, governance, and capability frameworks
• Assist in agile@scale assessments and transformation planning across business and IT functions
• Analyze IT and business cost structures, identify optimization opportunities, and support business cases for change
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis to inform strategic recommendations
• Prepare client deliverables including presentations, reports, and models with clear insights and actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, technology, and delivery stakeholders

• Prepare methodology for site investigations of freshwater/saltwater mains and pressurized sewers
• Address technical queries related to survey fieldworks
• Liaise with clients and resolve comments on preliminary design reports
