Consultant

• Build and configure dashboards and visualizations in Omni (or Looker-compatible tools)
• Write and optimize SQL queries to support reporting needs
• Work within the semantic layer of Omni/Looker to configure visualization logic
• Read and understand DBT models to support accurate dashboard work
• Collaborate with the internal analytics team on standards and deliverables
• Familiarity with DBT (Nice to have)
• Python experience (Nice to have)
• Financial services or data-heavy industry background (Nice to have)

Analytics Consultant

• Lead core workstreams within consulting projects, including structuring problems, analyzing insights, and formulating high-impact recommendations.
• Design decision models, analytical approaches, and engagement frameworks that address complex operational and strategic challenges.
• Manage and coach Consultants and Analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective team performance.
• Contribute to business development by leading the preparation of proposals, identifying opportunities, and participating in client discussions.
• Actively support talent acquisition by leading the recruitment and evaluation process for Consultants and Analysts.

Senior Consultant

• Relevar y analizar requerimientos del negocio en conjunto con stakeholders funcionales y técnicos
• Diseñar y documentar soluciones funcionales sobre plataformas Oracle Retail (RMS y módulos asociados)
• Participar en proyectos de implementación y mejoras evolutivas, asegurando calidad y cumplimiento de plazos
• Brindar soporte funcional de primer nivel ante incidentes productivos, coordinando con proveedores externos cuando sea necesario
• Ejecutar y acompañar pruebas funcionales, integraciones y validaciones de datos
• Elaborar documentación funcional, manuales de usuario y configuraciones del sistema
• Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios (negocio, desarrollo, QA, infraestructura)
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de buenas prácticas y metodologías de gestión de proyectos (ágiles o tradicionales)
