• Operationalize Governance: Policies only have value if people know they exist and can realistically follow them. Your job is to align documented policy with day-to-day practice. That means renegotiating existing policies and standards to make them practical, risk-calibrated, and enforceable. You will run the stakeholder process across security, engineering, and the business to land on controls that reduce risk without grinding operations to a halt. Once agreed, you own the rollout and track whether adoption is real.
• Drive Security Awareness & Champions: Redefine how security expectations are communicated across the organization. No generic broadcasts. You will build targeted, high-ROI interventions using modern tools (including AI-assisted delivery) that actually change behavior. Alongside this, you will build and run a Security Champions program: recruiting motivated individuals embedded in engineering and business teams who act as the first line of security awareness and a feedback loop back to the security team.
• Own TPRM & Payment Processor Risk: Take direct ownership of our global Third-Party Risk Management program, including the Payment Processor Assessment Framework. You will implement tiered, context-based reviews, eliminate unnecessary overhead, and clearly communicate residual risk positions to business stakeholders in language they can act on.
• Run the Risk Register & Shift Left: Identify risks, quantify them in business terms, assign owners, and track remediation to closure. You will be in regular contact with business and engineering stakeholders to ensure risks are understood and actioned. When a risk needs to be formally accepted or escalated, you draft the paperwork and ensure the business owner (the first line of defense) actually signs it.
• Lead Your Team & Execute Hands-On: Lead and mentor a sub-team across governance, awareness, and TPRM. You set a high delivery standard and own your team's output. When audit season hits or the workload requires it, you roll up your sleeves alongside your team to execute manual framework mapping across PCI DSS, SOX, and DORA.

GRC Leader – Governance, Awareness, TPRM

• Evaluate LCGA operational workflows to identify inefficiencies
• Use established methodologies, continuous improvement frameworks, and industry best practices
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to document current processes
• Create and maintain workflow documentation detailing both current and recommended states
• Identify and prioritize high-impact improvement initiatives
• Oversees the maintenance and optimization of LCGA’s business process systems
• Gather, analyze and document system requirements
• Execute comprehensive testing of system configurations
• Provide technical assistance to underlying business needs from ambiguous requests
• Diagnosing, investigating, and resolving issues in production and testing environments
• Leads or supports LCGA-focused improvement projects
• Conducts post-implementation reviews to assess project outcomes

Compliance Business Technical Specialist

• Support Data & Payments and Compliance teams with operational and analytical tasks.
• Assist in Transaction Monitoring (TM), KYT, and Travel Rule processes.
• Support Acquire & Redeem payment processing activities.
• Perform basic case reviews and data validation.
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation.
• Support alert triage and escalation processes.
• Assist in internal data requests and reporting.
• Support client and banking partner communications.
• Follow documented procedures and workflows.
• Contribute to internal projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop AML, blockchain, and investigative knowledge.
• Escalate issues, risks, and anomalies to senior team members.

Data and Payments Compliance Analyst

• Support the coordination, preparation, and delivery of regulatory submissions and lifecycle management (LCM) activities in accordance with submission strategies defined by the RRL and coordinated by the Regional Submission Coordinator (Lead).
• Assist in organizing submission team meetings (e.g., Kick-off Meetings) and follow up on agreed actions.
• Coordinate, request, and track documentation from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support submission readiness and timelines.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of the Submission Content Plan (SCP) under the guidance of the RSC Lead.
• Ensure timely dispatch of non-eCTD submission packages to LRRs and RPRs and track dispatched documentation per country.
• Provide hands-on operational support for labeling activities, performing assigned tasks under the guidance of the RSC Lead.
• Prepare annotated labeling documents for regulatory review in collaboration with RRLs, LRRs, and RPRs.
• Initiate and coordinate mock-up requests in the Artwork Management System.
• Track print releases as required.
• Support change control activities related to local labeling updates.
• Ensure appropriate archiving of labeling documentation and that approved labeling is accurately and timely stored in DocNet.
• Support the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of submission and regulatory records in regulatory systems (e.g., Veeva RIMS, Apollo).
• Upload Module 1 and non-eCTD submission documents to DocNet and ensure completeness and traceability.
• Update regulatory systems with Health Authority interactions, including uploading questions received from Health Authorities in the appropriate records.
• Support data quality and consistency across systems and documentation repositories.
• Provide regular status updates to the Regional Submission Coordinator (Lead) on assigned activities, timelines, and potential issues.
• Support tracking of submission milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Escalate operational issues or delays to the RSC Lead with appropriate context and proposed mitigation actions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including CMC, labeling, quality, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Perform assigned activities in compliance with applicable SOPs, work instructions, and regional regulatory requirements.
• Support inspection readiness by ensuring accurate, complete, and well-organized submission and labeling documentation.
• Maintain awareness of regional regulatory processes relevant to assigned activities and follow guidance provided by the Lead and RRLs.
