Community Manager

• You are responsible for overall project planning, control and independent management of ERP implementations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM.
• You support the sales team in preparing proposals and actively contribute to the strategic development of the ASG ERP Practice.
• You act as the central point of contact for all customer and employee-related matters and ensure that project objectives (budget, schedule, quality) are achieved.
• You build, lead and manage project teams at a multinational and interdisciplinary level.
• You hold methodological responsibility for the agile delivery of projects.
• You are responsible for the professional development of approximately 25 experts within the Delivery Lead community at ASG.

• Monitor and engage with followers on a daily basis
• Implement effective community management strategies
• Lead crisis communication on social media
• Collect and analyze community feedback
• Serve as a sparring partner for content suggestions
